Agree with risk but when they risked it all and destroyed the share price that is not sensible. That risk was too big and now they will probably go under because of it.

Everyone knows dilution will happen, it's no problem if the management spend wisely. Paying themselves and throwing the rest down the drain is not clever. I know let's then pay lawyers to try and get a portion back..
