Expect things to start looking precursory and "imminenty" when a blitz of 3rd rate media and meaningless RNS's couched in the most nebulous language is used. Expect paid for cyber TV interviews too, of which Tulloch has already done a fine job, asking deeply probing questions such as "Is it true that you are really great? Highlands estimates that the gross funding to establish Zoetic will comprise:
-- Machinery: $500,000 for hemp oil distillation and pouch manufacturing machines
-- Initial cultivation start-up costs: $120,000 for purchases of hemp plants and indoor soil
-- Expansion of infrastructure: $150,000 for expanded gas and water infrastructure
-- Opex for year 1: $1.3 million of which the main items will be salaries, grow supplies and utilities
Furthermore, noting that Highlands expects Zoetic to be profitable by the end of the year, the final quarter of operating expenditure is expected to be largely self-funding.

Taking these factors into account, Highlands expects the net cost to shareholders of starting up Zoetic to be in the region of $1.5 million.

Seems pretty clear. And with their undoubted talent in forecasting revenues I have absolutely no doubt whatsoever that they will deliver on their word. Again. And possibly as early as August. The 21st to be precise!

Of the 100 customers who bought from Leafyquick how many bought Zoetic products? How many more customers have Leafquick managed to garner since April? Another 100? 200? 500?
The last census in 2010 showed the population of Chicago as 2,695,598 people of which Leafyquick has immediately monetised a 100 of those in a brief 6 weeks of operation. At a constant rate of acquisition they will manage to onboard 866 customers in their first year of operation. How many of those will buy Zoetic products? I think it is a fair chance that they may conceivably number 10, or with a fair wind, possibly even 20.

I suspect the "capital reorganisation" to "enable the company to pay a dividend in the future" may be way off.

But the above scenario does not include the wholesale cbd products, the Oil, the gas, the Nitrogen, the Carbon Dioxide, the Helium, the Uranium, the etc................

Leafyquick, set up in March 2019, had a 100 customers in its first 6 weeks of operation. Zoetic products do not appear anywhere in the top 24 best selling items. Amongst the plethora of items that they have available for sale by numerous manufacturers Zoetic seems to be conspicuously absent. I suspect the same to be happening in the 36 corner shops.

But no doubt they will be selling tons via wholesale.

I fear a replay of all the other projects so far executed - successfully.

Which of course brings us back, conveniently, to Resolutions 7 & 8.

It has been my experience that virtually every single company that has reduced the price of its nominal shares has done it for one reason and one reason only. And it has nothing to do with "capital restructuring" and certainly not for paying a dividend - laughable as that notion is. It is done for one reason and one reason only. I am entirely flummoxed as to what it could possibly be though! I suspect we may find out IMMEDIATELY after the AGM when authority has been granted.

I will volunteer a guesstimate:
The loss for the year was £5,770k or £481k a month.
The Net cash outflow from operating activities plus Investment in Intangible, exploration and drilling rights was £4.999k or £417k pm

With a mere £1,509k in the bank that implies that the coffers will run dry between 3.1 months (on a P&L loss basis) or 3.6 months from 1 April 2018 - so roughly by the end of August - which as serendipity would have it is exactly the time as their AGM - when the shareholders get to vote for Resolutions 7 & 8! Almost as if by magic.

Curious that!

It stands to reason to presume that if 4,053 Bopd produced £1m in revenue then 1700 bopd will produce £419k in turnover. With "admin costs" of £5.5m pa the loss will continue to be eye watering. So nice try but no cigar.
