And this is due a rerate in the next few days.
Ogo is the biggest shallow water discovery in the last couple of years in West Africa with a risked net worth of 120p to Lek today. Any successful appraisal well would cause the share price to rise considerably as it becomes derisked in the undrilled northern or eastern flanks – this could push gross resources for the field to 2 billion implying net value to Lek Oil of 144p per share In number terms the OG1 well ended up hitting near to 800 million barrels on a P50 recovery rate. Hence Lek’s 30% interest is 232 million barrels of 40API light oil. There is good infrastructure nearby so the move to production could be rapid. - See more at: http://www.shareprophets.com/views/7539/lek-oil-the-safe-west-african-play-buy-at-6975p-target-150p#sthash.cHSPJMAM.dpuf
Buying very big
Riddler, can't believe they can get away with it. Did you see the Simba news?
Thanks Off the record, Simba Energy get 100 million farm in from Essel Group middle East for 2 Kenya drills ( 60 million for 2d seismic and 4 million for FTG and seismic in Guinea and Chad) with a potential total investment of 250 million for drilling all 4 blocks. This has to be the best deal I have seen for any junior on any exchange. Simba retain 40% free carry. Not bad in these testing times. http://www.stockhouse.com/news/press-releases/2015/08/27/simba-receives-kenya-government-approval-for-farm-in-to-essel-group#x8jJq7fEcCZAsQ1q.99
Dumping big time and the directors should be ashamed
Can't buy any at 20p
Up 10% looks like a worked buy someone's stop loss triggered big time :-))
Imagine what would happen to Simba Energy on today's need if it was listen on Aim
10% today.
This field could reveal over 4 billion barrels of oil and they have only prospected 25% of the acerage and proved 1.1 billion barrels of oil. Placings last year and year before for 67.75p and year before for £1.00 and they still have 50 million in the bank with an open debt facility if they need to use.
Africa over the last decade. Based on the well data, the Partners estimate the P50 to P10 gross recoverable resources range to be significantly ahead of pre-drill expectations at 774 to 1,180 mmboe across the Ogo prospect four-way dip-closed and synrift structures. This suggests potential net recoverable resources to Lekoil Nigeria, in which the Company's interest remains unchanged from the date of admission, of 232 mmboe (P50) and 354 mmboe (P10). Additional upside potential is expected in the synrift play. In addition, the latest PVT (Pressure-Volume-Temperature) analysis confirms excellent reservoir fluid properties with a 40 deg API, 600 GOR, 0.42 cp viscosity oil in the Turonian, a 39 deg API, 870 GOR, 0.40 cp viscosity oil in the Cenomanian and a condensate rich gas in the Albian of up to 115 bbls/mmscf. The Partners expect the synrift to contain a light oil or a condensate rich gas.
To FLY!!!
The company you will find out. You need to meet your commitments along the way. This they have not done.
On the top right corner. Why should I make things up? That is the latest concession map. If they have lost Oman then it's a crying shame.
http://opaloman.org/content/concession-map Looks like Frontier have lost their Oman block. Sad. Very sad.
Latest Statement Well i fired an email off to the management about the snails pace that these guys work @ & about a dividend payment & got a reply from Mr Beardsall along the lines of all the funds are being held to find new projects etc & no we have no intention of a dividend payment or a share buyback . So back to your golf & comfy chair guys & back into the bottom drawer for this lot But fair play he did reply which is the 1st time i have had a response so i think i must of hit a bit of a nerve .
Massive buy , somebody wants these shares big time.
I agree with you. I have never seen these type of companies come back. Ever.
