Great to hear from you LL, I hope you’re keeping well.
II (Interactive Investor) I’ve found to be very good, especially with respect to corporate actions. They’re very prompt at sending details of AGMs, voting etc and it’s incredibly easy to do on their platform.
You can currently get 6 months free, then £12.99 flat fee a month after that. Trades are £5.99 each.
I guess with many of these things it’s horses for courses, I know some platforms allow certain funds, ETFs, foreign investments etc to be traded. Others are more restrictive. So (and I know I’m probably preaching to the converted) definitely don’t your homework and choose something which is right for you.
Good luck! And look forward to hearing you’ve rejoined the 1m+ club!
