As a long term shareholder with SOLG over 15 years and gone through its ups and downs, I know that these shares are hugely undervalued - and 28 is a very, very poor offer price indeed.

If buyers really want this, then they will have to do better, a lot lot better, the value is there for them and then some. The price is being suppressed right now because of the 28 offer.

The projected value of these shares is set to rocket, hence the wolves are now sniffing around for a steal.

what give with these b** mms as usual the buys heavily outweighing sells yet price going down!!!! not to mention the massive after hours buying ... I'm confused

mm's been playing this share .. buys to sells disproportionate, some very large buys in recent days -yet price goes backwards or very very minute forward movement ,this is not just about the current market situation !!! today's machinations have reached new all time lows even lower than before the consolidation!

how long can this stock hover at these prices, institutions are busy filling their boots hoovering up cheap shares at the moment..

Haven't experienced one of these before and hope I dont have to again - thankfully this is the only share on my portfolio which was suspect and was hoping to get a different outcome . Somehow I had this nasty feeling that the cooks could not come to an agreement - too much infighting it would seem (what a shame)- What happens in the admin process now, how long does it take? I managed to pull out most of my initial investment. Will shareholders lose everything - would really appreciate your feedback. thanks

appreciate what you're saying but rover comparison not quite the same. The point I was making is that the debt that ndp have is so minimal it does not warrant going down admiinistration route it would appear by all standards that this is something which the company should be able to fix easily without needing to close down operations if only mgt could get their act together, and that would appear to be a big if !

issue of administration would seem to me to be unfeasible as there are too many factors to consider - ndp's responsibility to its customers, staff and shareholders for a start over a measly E2m!! It's so ridiculous -I just cannot believe it. The Co must have taken orders to fulfill and in particular since the recent tradeshows in SEptember. This company has assets and good prospects - just being let down by poor management. Why should polar be expected to accept a devaluation of their holdings seems creacorp are being unreasonable. Seems to me need to have a stronger more robust management team in place to sort out this mess!! meanwhile long-suffering staff, shareholders and customers continue to be in limbo.

I sent an email over a week ago to the CEO and Finance Director of Nipson Dig asking for an urgent response on the outcome of their recent discussions and meetings but have yet to receive a response... I think it's out of order that they do not have the courtesy to advise shareholders on the current status of the business now since these meetings have taken place, in addition to the outcomes of the recent tradeshows which have taken place in September. We have a right to know whether we're investing in a viable business or not - for which I might add they have our money !!!

its ridiculous!! how can the mm's justify the large spreads they put on this stock. They're the ones who've caused this stock to stagnate for months now - and now that's it finally beginning to climb upwards -will do it again. This viscious circle for PI continues.... mm's need to back off !!! they're not doing the management any favours either with these tactics

Buyback. Hold a fair bit in IPI but not sure that this means when there is a buy back never had an investment in one of these before, pls can someone enlighten. Would I get back at least what I paid for it 5p! This has been a very frustrating one mostly stanating/drifting backwards.
