Deep Well A5 For 15 days before the formal start of the 90-day flow test the well flowed at the rate of approximately 3,800 bopd using a 10 mm choke. Following a decline in pressure, believed to be caused by drilling fluid in the well, the 10mm choke was replaced with a 4mm choke the production rate fell to approximately 1,000 bopd.
in that horrible DM The bosses of oil and gas exploration company Caspian Sunrise will be hoping for a break following fresh issues with its Kazakhstan well. The firm says there is a blockage in its deep well A5 which requires a specialist firm to fix. This should be complete by the end of the month. It follows a delay in production as a result of bitterly cold weather between December and February. Shares tanked 24.8pc, or 3.3p, to 10p.
an EXTRA $15m a year, minimum, based on extremely conservative figures of Shallow aggregate 3434 bopd One of the deeps producing to bring production over 5000 bopd 5000 x $10 x 300 days a year = $15m is this company making? I suppose it is, what P/E of 20, at least 30p? or are my calcs/assumptions well off?
BNG Licence upgrade In July 2018 we have the opportunity at BNG to move from an appraisal licence, where oil produced must be sold at domestic prices - currently some $16 - 19 per barrel - to a production licence, where the majority of oil produced may be sold at world prices. Based on current world prices we would increase the net price received after all applicable taxes and charges by up to 10 per barrel on any production sold under a full production licence. Reserve update On 2 September 2016, we published a reserves update from Gaffney Cline & Associates, derived solely from our shallow fields, which based on an 100% economic interest is: (P90) Proved reserves of 18.3 million barrels (P50) Proved and Probable of 29.3 million barrels (P10) Proved, Probable & Possible reserves 45.0 million barrels These shallow reserves were based on drilling to 31 December 2015. Since then, a further four wells have been drilled and are producing on the MJF structure, with a fifth planned for before the end of the year.. Gaffney Cline.
unless of course you are completely ignorant and stubborn. which some of us are!
definite strange goings on , agreed it was no p&d , too much volume and certainty, i know CASP and this was odd.
of those 250s, games being played here yet again!
admire your optimism smash, i really hope you are right, its what FK has been saying for years. So its July 1 we can sell at international prices is it?
all these 250ks going in? big seller on adv, cant blame him , whats going on here hey
monitoring extension rns, weird.
paid
yep about the same as me, 6-7p average, but i thought we would be well on the way by now - lets see where we are in the summer...
says it there in black and white, look: The well was completed open hole with an open ended pre-perforated liner which became obstructed when carbonate rock fragments were transported into the liner due to the high pressures experienced in the well.
paid anyway, are you in profit already !!>?
you really think they are delaying because of the international license? it is the only reason for it being tantalizingly close. What do you make of the rock fragments? do we have a concrete date on when it actually changes to int prices, is it august 1st 2018?
with the companies history, i think it is actually pretty generous and I am slightly relieved , but still, agreed onwards from here, confused by the coil tubing permit? anyway back to where we are all on A5, basically. slightly concerned by the change to rock fragments (a new one) blocking it, rather than drillinng mud..learn something new every (rns).
thats aim for you! never mind, welcome back FK, i gather you are "back in" now , :-)
curates egg
what do you recon richy, over 5000 bopd?
