I’m not the one throwing utterly stupid and redundant accusations at some guy just because he says stuff you don’t like. Have fun grasping at straws.
I sold the day the offer was announced because otherwise my money is sitting their doing nothing. Sold all my shares and bought great land gold, which went up 70% in the last week. Sitting doing nothing with achieve nothing.
Ahh, another IBAB accusation. Honestly you call yourselves grown men, but you act and invest like children. It’s no wonder some of you have lost money, you’ve got the intellectual capacity of a used teabag and when someone tries to help by speaking the truth, you throw random accusations at him.
Honestly half of this bb are pretty pathetic.
Why the dodgy email/domain? ShareSoc would never ever ask anyone to email financial info to a random domain like that.
They won’t consider it because then CFs friends won’t make their quick billions.
Probably because at one point in time he believed in the project, as probably all of us here did. It is such a shame how this is all panning out, but taking anger out on random people on forums is not going to help anything or anyone. Not saying you are dear chap, but plenty on here have spat their dummy and are just flinging **** at others.
I will be interested to see how this all plays out. I don’t think it will stop the company being sold, but it might help PIs recover some losses so I keep my fingers crossed for you lot.
I swear to god you guys have some of the weirdest reactions to IBAB’s posts I’ve ever seen. I only really ever see him posting the truth, harsh truths maybe, but honestly half of the reactions on here are embarrassing. If you put more than 10% of you investment portfolio in a high risk mining company that needed billions to get off the ground, don’t start taking it out on forum posters who happened to have called warnings for a fair while. This company is blatantly being sold for 5.5p a share, so as much as it sucks we just have to accept that and move on.
Did a little deeper, it’s quite concerning really. They offer the money to complete a project, yet stand to benefit from that project failing, so yoink the money away and lol.
Yes I agree. I do feel for people who stand to lose a lot and it’s natural they would lash out a bit and look for people to blame. Fundamentally though, if you invested more than a few percent of your portfolio in a high risk stock, then you have nobody to blame but yourself.
If you’re criticising and investor for spending time on investor boards then you’re doing it wrong. For example I made quite a large amount of money because some idiot on this board had a son who worked in recruitment and posted on here that Sirius were recruiting. I think it got deleted so if I hadn’t been regularly checking I’d have missed it and hence the 20% profit I made from it.
I personally really enjoy AIM. I’m pretty new to investing, and with low price point shares it means I can buy many more and do more with them. As opposed to my amazon shares for example, I could only afford two lol. The real problem seems to be peoples risk allocation. People in here talk as if they don’t have other shares,. Imagine putting 100% of your portfolio in one AIM stock, scary.
That’s one of the most heartbreaking things of this whole debacle. What would have been thousands of normal local people bettering their lives and finances will now just be a trillion dollar investment fund making a few more billions.
Honestly this is like some bad day time soap opera. I see so many people accusing other people of this board of something. One minute someone is a troll, then they’re a paid ramper/deramper, or they have insider knowledge. When the reality is the vast majority on here are just normal people with differing opinions. IBAB in particular seems to get a lot of flack, but I can’t see why. You might not agree with some of what he says but one minute he’s a corporate insider, the next he is shorting, then he is a troll. People on this BB need to grow up.
That all fell through in August, that’s why we did the whole strategic review thing. Have you been living in a cave?
You’re about 5 months late on that one chief. JPMorgan pulling the financing was back in August. They are responsible for quite a lot of this IMO.
Points 1-4 will achieve nothing I’m afraid, it will be sold regardless.
That’s a good point actually. A lot of the buys coming in today might be people doing just that. I guess if you can average down enough in the next few days you could minimise losses. Not suggesting anyone do or otherwise, just agreeing.
I already sold but the more I think about it the more something seems fishy. I might buy a few again on the premise that the offer should be good for a little while, and maybe a little bidding war could start.
It wouldn’t surprise me.
