Listen folks it's really not hard to simply describe what kind of new houses will be built! Like will they have plumbing for example? What happens when a new resident has a poo for example where does it go? It's all in the details!

I can't find what kind of houses Kefi will build mate. If you know just share, for example Edwardian style similar to Knightsbridge in London (unlikely but you get my drift)
