Well there's folks here who claim to have substantial holdings (probably work at the local drive thru) and seemingly not interested in a site visit. Its a bit like buying a house and not looking at and not stepping foot inside. All imho.

I've come across a community before who weren't happy with a potential mining operation because of the graves of important people to them.

The 8 year old article mentions triggered community resettlement and site preparations lad.

Now i suppose it's possible that they've employed the world slowest home movers and builders, folk who take a step a day, but it's unlikely!
