RKB- appreciate your insightful posts, but have to disagree on the T = LCR hypothesis
Whilst the operator behind the T network almost certainly runs multiple accounts on this thread it is unlikely LCR is one of those.
Competing interests..
Fortuitous timing...
Hatchet job...

Indeed the whole network is quiet today.. Telling..
Indeed. I too am very surprised that a poster who regularly contributes content on all events related to Metro on this BB would not have picked this up first? why is that? did you miss it? what is your reasoning for not commenting? you clearly read the board every day?
Theo, as a personal investor not linked in any way to any hedge funds- do you have a specific point of view on the potential impact on these allegations to Odey? how do you think it will affect MTRO holdings?
What is your personal view on these allegations? do you believe he is innocent? what kind of man do you think he is?
If you fail to respond to these direct questions you will continue to feed these conspiracy theories that you are not an authentic account and possibly some kind of paid poster who is legally not able to comment until Monday- once the crisis meeting decisions from the C--Suite have given out their guidance..
jimdson - I'd put it at atleast 10 open over the last 25 pages of comments.
The extent of the sustained inauthentic activity across this board is as revealing as it is pervasive. A network of sock puppets has been identified pushing a consistent narrative that will come to no surprise to regular board members, but it is also used for other purposes such as intelligence collection etc. A large amount of the daily traffic on the board is generated entirely from the network. The network is layered across the range of sentiment not just negative as many may have intuited, what is evident is that the board is carefully managed and escalated/de-escalated dependent on the level/type of engagement recieved. accounts are regularly rotated/created to further conceal attribution. Some of the targeted gaslighting activity against certain legitimate posters even across onto other boards has been especially purtubing given that the owner is most likely a paid professional.

Although some efforts have been made to obfuscate potential attribution to a single owner of the network if looking at one or two profiles in isolation, once the network was enumerated occasional slips between the multitude of accounts has aided synthesis into a possible composite profile of the owner. Due to the extent of the network it is possible that a small team could be responsible, but it is more likely one owner due to several factors observed such as the seepage between the accounts, the consecutive posting activity between the network within and across multiple boards, the delta in posting volume between the assessed main account and the sockpuppet network due to the limited cognitive bandwidth available to develop/maintain full legends to the same extent as the main account, as well as the resulting compartmentalisation to basic character hooks for many of the satellite personas.
It is almost certain that this board has been targeted by a professional level influence campaign in a sustained effort to negatively impact sentiment regarding its share price. Although it cannot be confirmed that there are multiple parties at work beyond the network identified it is a realistic possibility that there are others/more operating in this environment. It is highly likely that the network has not been identified to its fullest extent, especially given the ease that the network can regenerate. Also it is evident that the owner uses the board outside of work hours so it is likely a mix of work and leisure.
Of note, given current market sentiment, particular efforts have been made to deflect/discount/deceive with regards to any organic narrative discussing a potential Takeover.

note LSE posting rules

Forgive my silence all, but I assure you I have not been idle.
It was interesting to note that an account outed as being a false persona would know technical terminology used by the likes of dark PR firms, its use of professional vernacular, persuasion techniques, and other tells have proven quite effective for stylometric profiling and subsequent attribution.

The accounts response to the initial analysis was telling, a real person may have attempted to refute the claims / or responded emotionally, however the account owner immediately removed all related posts and immediately stopped posting on the account temporarily, this activity is consistent with shock on initial discovery, it would be likely that the owner would quickly attempt to source the origin and determine the element of risk to the influence campaign.
During this time frame, posting on another board provided a possible explanation for a source, however as it could not be directly tied to any of the regular posters there, (as per the above) an attempt was made to draw out the author.. Of note it is the only post still remaining from the initial revelatory exchange.
When running an influence campaign, a lone voice is never as effective as a crowd; on this board inauthentic social proof is consistently used to reinforce the account's narrative, hence it follows that where one false persona is discovered, it is almost certain that further linked accounts will also be found.
Robust operational security would have dictated that upon recognition that the account was burned, that the account be deleted to prevent the rest of the network being rolled up, as its exploitation could result in potential blow back to the campaign sponsor. However this was not done, so by following Locard's principle of exchange to guide further enumeration of the network, temporal/sentiment/activity/stylometric analysis of every post and action taken before, during and after provided a large amount of leads to follow, including to deleted accounts that may have revealed more information.
