I would expect all those in the placing and getting them will vote for approval as they want to make even more money.

The private investors supporting Dr Cave will vote against as we don't want or need the extra money or dilution.

The idea if you are selling is to go out on highs not lows.

Money to be made from buying not selling imho at these levels...we should be much higher which I do agree is stressful however in time I fully believe patience here will be rewarded returning back upwards of £1 which is my target..

They will rightly get kicked off the board as have lost the power they had...many small investors like me are disgusted at what they've done and continue to do so I can't see how they can stay onvet put to a vote which they can't stop now.

If you look at the size of his holding this won't be approved without him as most under water investors will also vote no , me unused , if he doesn't think we need the huge placing them it shows exactly what the other directors are upto.

The people trying to drive this down to get in at a lower price , a badly written RNS yes but in essence we have an approved mask ...and should be going up not down.
