(SP March 2021 0.25 - 0.3 ....SP March 2022 0.29 - 0.32) House keeping not going great....

Not exactly earth shattering companies to buy or get into partnerships with. scratching my head what the strategic plan is Krunch generated revenues of £397k and a net loss of £85k, & Gfinity expects to report an adjusted operating loss of £0.4m (H1 FY21: £0.9m loss). both loss making along with MOS. Hope they know what they are doing......

When the dust settles, The raise is to enhance the company not to keep the lights on or pay wages - as they have ample monies in the bank now to grow faster... Not great for current share holders but hopefully gets us to where we want the SP to be quicker.....GLA come back in a few months :)

Not much thought for Shareholders (0.3p placing) , another company on AIM pulling the wool over your eyes.....
Mark you have lost all creditability, told numerous times no need to raise monies.....etc etc
