I would argue that buy backs will result in less shares in circulation and when we start making decent money as a company we will have a bigger slice of the pie. Once we start earning properly the number crunchers can use basic valuation ratios like P/e to put a value on the shares. Then it will be down to anticipated growth at what multiple the market will consider to be reasonable 20? 30? 40? 10?
The boss stated that they are looking at the best/efficient ways to return cash to shareholders. Getting a large dividend is not tax efficient as many of us will have to pay 40% of any income to the tax man. For me much better benefit wiuld be a return that increases the share price. Anything is better than paying tax to this government.
I am happy to rely on the ceo to give us suitable chooses when the cash gets dispensed.
I am surprised there is not much comment on the team leader job advert . What intrugues me is the word DEVICE. Nanoco are material producers and inovators, so far they do not produce devices. Seems they are now looking to cut out moddlemen and produce their own devices. For me this is very positive news.
I pointing out the incorrect statements the HL MUST report their clients shares. Their name appears in a list of institutions with a holding which caused a question to be asked, I have no opinion on the accuracy of these figures. You seem to be saying it is their clients shares. Do you know if they have a policy of reporting their clients holdings as their own.

Correct On Friday they just made about £ 12 Million overnight. These professionals have rules which must be followed and do not invest/ trade on emotion. Some fools will say they know something, that is illegal. They will be following their rules and making money.
As you state they might stop selling now they are down to 16.1% which can only be good going forward.

Data from Omdia Samsung sold 9.43 million Qled tvs last year up from 800,000 the previous year. This was dated April 22. The industry is expecting 15% compound increases to end 2030.
So negotiations will swirl around these figures regarding how to compensate Nanoco in this one off payment for future royalties. Using the meanest figures from the court docket at $6.06 per unit gives and annual number of $60 million with annual increments increasing that number every year. Maybe take 7 years of payments. minimum $420 without doing the maths to adjust for annual increases. Over to sensible posters to discuss.
