We have to all ask ourselves why we are here? The simple fact is it’s to see a return on our investments. I for one with Brent now just about to breach 60 plus, firmly believed we would see 20p and maybe even 30p this year. Now that is completely out the window.

I have traded this heavily and luckily have made some excellent gains but this deal suppresses the sp for many many months to come as they are simply adding to the colossal debt levels they had already.

This year is about consolidation and for 10k extra you do not purchase an asset that adds this for much more than our current mc.

Just like the last cash raise shareholders are being totally disregarded.

Stake in Golden Eagle the equivalent to more than our entire market cap for 10k extra. Words fail me

You did call a placing but you stated it was because they needed it to stay alive which was clearly way off the mark.
This move by AB is kamikaze at best imo but I for one will hold my hands up if this is genuinely in shareholders best interests.

This move has now suppressed the sp for the next year at least. Why not barter and pay 50 mil less and not screw cirrrbt shareholders? Let’s face it there wouldn’t be many other bidders.

Another question is why didn’t they buy hur with 12k per day 100 million in cash and huge infrastructure and acreage for 100 mill?
