Excellent coverage and the sp reached way over £4 with losses of 100 million and 147 million. We are now at 1.02 and back to profit this is due a major rerate.

84 million with a net profit of circa 35 million for 22 & 23 in these incredibly unprecedented times that is just utterly crazy.

Very strong results and back to profit after 5 years is an incredible achievement.
A near 60 million pound uplift from 21 and 160 million from 20.

Another profit is forecast for this year and trading is going well.
Get the ABL secured which they are positive will happen and the terms state this can only be completed within 60 days off the loan ending so we will get the confirmation in December.

The issue is we spend 60k going to university and many twenty somethings who are working in Tesco with an economics or an engineering degree. How are they expected to pay 400k for a 2 bed house in Luton?

This government have created the housing bubble/asset bubble with the continued lack of investment in new housing.
The working classes and middle classes e.g. us have been taxed beyond belief.

When the entire hospitality and retail sectors are decimated because the masses have not got £200 to spare when we all work so hard there is a colossal problem.

Yes it’s now 3% up.

We need to make some money to pay for our energy bills. £2,500 cap more like £367 a month now. No family will pay above the £2,500 what a gaff that was.

Our house values also dropped by 10% last week at least and some families have seen their mortgages up by £600 a month.

Like romaron stated oil and gold are the only sectors to invest in at present..
