I am so sorry to hear those comments, I got to a very low place when I lost nearly 45k in the fraud that was frank timis one of the biggest crooks in the uk.

I had to move house to downsize and 4 weeks earlier we my first born arrived. I remember looking at my bank account crying.

I promise health, your family and friends are more important than anything else in the world. Time is a great healer my best advice is to think of it as a 15 year investment and do not check the so every day.

I have always said I will work an extra year at 65 to make up for it even though it has taken me 5 years to get back to nearly break even.

Ignore all the 1p posts they are just muppets trying to get in lower.

Hug your kids and wife, enjoy time in the countryside with long walks, playing sport and if you have to work a bit harder so be it.
