The current share price only strengthens the offerors hand, as they'll be able to say that the share price was lower than the offer price for some time. Allowing investors to benefit? It all seems a bit of a con to me.

The current price might allow any institution, if need be, to average down so they come out even or better.

Looks like it's going to settle about half way between the 'offer' and pre offer price.

As THR have had little success. It can't have long left. Mick will milk it until it's dry. Buyers (if any) will just wait it out now, as they probably have been for many a year. The resources aren't going any where soon. Pick it up cheap in a fire sale. What a gravy train it's been for Mick. IMO.

It will be good for THR BOD but not the shareholders. They buy marginal (cheap) prospects. Drill them. Then when, surprise, surprise, they're not commercial. They move onto the next one, and so it's been going on for many a year. Now we're in a super cycle this will occur more frequently. As funding will be more readily available (confetti) . IMO.

dhub, there must be better bets than this for your hard earned? This has never done anything. Will it ever do anything. Who knows, history suggests not. Can't understand why people invest? in this. It's a lifestyle company. IMO.

When KOD had it's rise recently, there was a placing.

I think he prefers placings IMO.

They were close to wrapping it up a while back, when they issued 2.5 billion shares (in two tranches) at deep discount. Mick's a survivor. Place drill, place drill ad infinitum it appears.

Good, Micks got some more drilling to do.

They would probably see it for what it is, a laundrette for Micks benefit and short the pants off it.

They haven't got on with it for the last 10 years.
