Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
...and out of all that you still miss the point that even if tremor would be valued at 1 B or 1/6 of Magnite I will be on my way to the Caribbean's sunshine (after Covid hopefully)
...oh and after all that gibberish about what happened donkey years ago, the market have changed dramatically from what it was back than.
In regard to the 22 M bad debt provision (yes this what happens when you acquire other company) you buy the baggage not just the good things. In T1 it was all disclosed nicely which has also contributed to to the 22 M. Of course one would provide for prudency but it has been fully accounted for. Finally, why would you buy back shares if you were not confident with the business model. One would argue to make the books look good? Not in this case I am afraid.
...sure the only small difference is that Magnite inc is worth >6 B, Tremor only 0.7 B. Magnite revenue 199 M Tremor revenue 400 m Care to see the difference anyone? Oh dear Lord help us out here!
"Where is the Growth?!?!" he says. It is in my pocket! lol
ahh - did you just wake up as the SP started to go South a bit? Didn't see you talk much when the SP was going up?! We missed you then! Keep them coming - love to hear your views ( a font of knowledge for the simples like me) lol
I am loading up!....and have been since you said are you loading up at 500 +++ see you at 700?!?!
lol
...I am! Tremor is the fourth in the world that has an end to end product! To me it is very much a no brainer. See you in the 1000s very soon!
....there were also three big buys making up your number?!
"The CEO then sold 1/3 of his holding last month" and so what? Wouldn't you? Still 1.8 M shares in his pocket. What is the real deal here I am not entirely sure.
@rustybucket - "SW77 DID THEY, ??? or is it just because less shares in issue because of buyback ??? I can't see a sale"
How do you work that out? If there are less shares their % position would increase? The buyout share are kept in treasury right? So do not carry any voting rights. Unless I miss something here?
A RNS should come out soon. Let’s hope is not the numb n.... of the CEO
I forgot to mention, if we look it under the CEO wealth POV, than if he would have assumed the worst, his left over shares would materially be impacted . A 20% SP drop amount to 1.8M So ideally he should have sold much more if he was really concerned.
Why, one assumes the worst, I just don’t understand! Is it possible that he has personal priorities? Is it possible that he wants to buy a bigger house? Is it vvb possible that he just needs some cash after a s.... years like this one? He still has a considerable holding after all. I do not see Amazon share price drops when J B sells billions.
Hi Stt1,
is there anything positive that you might come up with; or is it all bad at this point in time? Seeking your counsel on this share.
.....i mean, basically you are delaying your liabilities. I ll never understand the big shots in the city!.
What's with the share price today? Big fish buying?
Yes I saw that too but no orders have been triggered!!!!
The real question here, who filled its boots with the ~ 6%? That is a lot to take on with all that is going on!
Needless to say that if C-19 had not happened, we would have been at least on 320 and possibly 400 in a couple of weeks. Frigging C-19!!
I agree. I guess you could see this in two ways: management is being cautious or overly cautious. Given the situation, there will be opportunities out there with weaker balance sheets. Tremor is cash-rich and if there is a better time to take advantage of this strength is now. Nevertheless, who knows the impact on Tremore top clients/industries and the same will be affected going forward.
Oh dear what a big problem! As if there isn’t enough out there! Here lift your finger
