AM has hinted in depth about the possibility of advertising using the headset. You will find in one of his interviews.

It's not just that the person cant ignore headset advertising compared to youtube, online etc.
Apparently as a lot of is eye tracking technology - so the operating system would know exactly what it is the person is looking at.

So depending on your view in VR headset, that view can be customised in real life.
Much like geo tracking advertising online by websites.

So if I am looking at a bus in VR - the bus would haev a big AD of Insurance for example, depending on my profile (that I suspect will come from facebook)
And if you are looking at a store - the store might have a Coca Cola written on it.

The possibilities are huge.

But, this is a developing sector - it needs a lot of R&D
R&D by not just EVRH but I would say over and above EVRH level
Universities and PhD level
But FB etc have far too much money.

EVRH has horns locked in few things.
