Just to clarify I’m not having ago at you and couldn’t careless if you continue to bash the stock on here 24/7 because BB’s have no influence to the SP!

All I’m saying is in my less experienced days I can relate to your posts but I’ve learnt as I’ve made more money that you have to take your emotions away and look at the reasons and facts to why something has happened and make your decisions on that basis only!!

Your vision seems blinded by red mist caused from your anger of a placing!

He hasn’t lied to you they were fully funded things haven’t moved as quickly as they thought, my understanding is part of the tick boxes for the funding is ex amount of cash on the balance sheet hence the need for the placing. Sometimes these things happen and are unavoidable and if it puts the company in a better position moving forward then so be it. To me it’s just a little hiccup that was unavoidable and will remove any uncertainty once the raise is done!

Like I said had a similar experience with ORPH they did a raise at the start of the year and said no need for anymore raises few months later they did another everyone was fuming but when you actually listened to why they did it and it made sense lots sold then few months later SP was around 3x the last placing price....

Experience has told me that yes for a few days people will be panicking raging and selling causing a slight drop but once it’s done and we’re moving forward toward production only a few months away the money will start to flow in and the SP will rerate!

Or as you put it UK shareholders lol firstly incase you are unaware of the rules....

ASX - the rules are clear you have to suspend if raising capital

AIM - there is no option to suspend pending a fund raise

So on the above basis as **** as it is he had no option to suspend trading here!

Ultimately when a stock is dual listed the price here will reflect the price their so stop talking rubbish!

Spend your Sunday researching the fundamentals of this stock and that will tell you if your made the correct decision or not don’t be blinded my your anger of a fundraise, yes they are frustrating but I’ve been in quite a few stocks that have done a small fundraise prior to a massive rerate (VRS, BIDS, I3E, ORPH are the biggest risers that come to mind and all were within weeks of the fundraise)

IF (and I’m saying if because we don’t know the details) the raise is relatively small (not 50% increase of shares in issue) and it’s taken up by long term holders that are not going to flip the stock then this will be over 30p within a week!

The fact your sold and still posting shows to me you’ve panicked and are not confident in your decision and are posting non stop to try and convince yourself you’ve made you the correct decision.

In my honest opinion anyone who panic sold yesterday have made a massive mistake when it’s all cleared up next week this will be back up!

Miagia, no it’s just a slight set back that’s all today’s price does not bother me one bit because I’m not selling today all I’m bothered about is the price when I come to sell and I can assure you it will be a lot higher than today or yesterday’s price!

Story has not changed they is just a small fund raise due to tight deadlines being missed!

I had a similar situation with Orph earlier on in the year I bought in @ 5p fund raise was done then was told no more then another one was done everyone was p*ssed off myself included I sold out at 12p then luckily few weeks later I realised I overreacted and more back in more than I had sold actually and then sold the other week for over 30p!

Sometimes you have to take a step back and not let your emotions get involved this was defo not a day for selling but GL

What’s the fixation with JW today facts are he picks good stocks I’ve had many baggers through researching stocks he tips but you do you own I research if anyone buys something off a tip they deserve to loose money and if you research yourself then it’s your choice don’t blame him because a placing happens that no one expected!
He’s also sold a few that I’ve continued to hold and done very well PRD and ORPH spring to kind so I’m not too bothered if he has sold I’m sure you’ll find out tomorrow in the weekend podcast as he’s a honest bloke!

Today’s news not ideal but I’m holding haven’t sold any today will wait and see what next week brings....
I don’t necessarily think he set out to lie to us about no more fundraisings, I believe there has been a delay in a permit that was being talked about last week which has caused a delay on receiving milestone money hence needing a small raise... I maybe wrong but not prepared to take a loss on this which is unlike me I usually cut and move on but holding onto this production still on track for Q1...

There is always a change the raise is to bring forward production of another lake which would really be nice but a small chance of that being the case...

Director Buy was this morning, this afternoon Holdings RNS was a sale from 4 days ago looks like that’s stopped hence the rise

Agree this is the time to be loading up, I’ve got a decent chunk but wouldn’t mind one last top up before train leaves!

There’s approx 178m warrants left, 70m are held by a long term holder so won’t be sold. That leaves just over 1m left to convert presuming they are all to be converted can’t see it but work on worse case still a bit of churn to go positives are they would raise £1m for the company negative is approx £3M worth of shares to be sold at current price...
I’m happy to be patient here and top up on dips already have a nice size holding!

Agree will be interesting when we’re out of lockdown and we get more vaccine news
