For an asset sale, the company continues and the warrants may still be valid ?
In any case it seems unlikely that the directors would miss out on their warrants.

It would be surprising if the directors missed the chance to exercise their warrants wouldn't it ? They will have full opportunity to clause them into any sale agreement ... surely ?

Punter - I think you are right - there would have to be a s/h vote for an asset sale of MT given that the value is most of the company ...

I am assuming the bod can make an asset sale 'final and complete' without a s/h vote? Is it correct?

Yes - imo the license will have to be issued before any offer is formally announced to the s/h.

According to the valuation by ACF, most of the value is in the MT asset and particularly in the MT flanks. They value WK at only around 2% of their 58p per share valuation ..
