For all those saying SS has lied or misled us--remember what he ACTUALLY has said. UKOG has enough funding for the current works in 2019. NO mention of needing or not needing funding for further acquisitions. Maybe a bit canny to leave this out in The latest Report but he neither lied or told the truth he just sat on the fence regarding funding for acquisitions. We shall have to wait and see what those are?? The drop IMO is not as bad as it may have been---having said that it could not have dropped much further!!!

I think you will find numbers in the Report--have a look at the RNS--or UKOG web site on INVESTORS--Financial Report---plus tankers since then--TWO a day now---Brent around 68$

I think many are peed of but IMO SS has something up his sleeve. I am hoping--short term pain, long term gain?? Some hefty buys already going through--but I believe there is something afoot with the swampie brigade--we had this rumour yesterday plus the RIG rumour plus the Planning again deferred because of 1000 objectors. is there a hard core there determined to try and run UKOG down?? Anything possible but I believe also that SS is made of stronger stuff?

Dare I say maybe got tipped off--big sell and we will see if it is bought back in today at the lower price??

Topprize--I would share your view, and others who are more pessimistic have glass half empty attitude. I like the majority of shareholders am disappointed at the sp at present and no doubt this placing will have a further adverse effect---in the shorter term. However, those questioning SS need to place now should consider that he has something up his sleeve by way of a further acquisition, which many contemplated anyway--he wants an even bigger slice of the cake. Interesting the wording which says ´in UK and elsewhere´!! Has he got his eye on an overseas area?? We shall see. I also believe that there are those afoot who making a big effort o muddy the waters for UKOG--yesterdays Rumours may prove that--no rig and the placing etc--whilst the placing IS true why the need to rumour it before the official announcement. This is still long term and I hope many holders keep faith --as I shall--UKOG is a sleeping giant I believe

I concur 100% with your sentiments--if true then SS will lose a lot of confidence with shareholders and will have a lot of questions to answer---one could go as far as to say he has been lying to us?? But let us see what tomorrow brings--I expect a statement from

The ´Rumour´over on Twitter may well be false?? Who knows, but I would not imagine SS and his team to mess up on such an important next step??--Surely a rock solid contract is needed and they would have got that for sure

I cannot believe that ANGS is currently at 5.8p and UKOG is languishing at just over 1p--it just does not make sense--and seems very unfair on us LTH???

IMO SS has got to get a grip on this Planning issue to make sure it DOES go through--we have ANGS rising when we should be going through the roof if you compare the two companies??

You may recall that many UKOG shareholders who had voted FOR--checked out the SCC Planning webs site and found their names had not been listed. So there was a big ground swell over that w/e of people voting, the majority of which were FOR he Planning application. Now the question is, are these THOUSAND objectors all On-line voters?? I doubt it , many will be hand written objections, maybe from the older generation who prefer to use the old fashioned method of expressing their feelings?? IMO SS needs to get prepared well for MAY planning--as I am sure he will---to converse with many of the genuine local objectors to put their minds at rest that what UKOG plan is not going to affect their daily lives.

I have the answer to raisng the UKOG SP Guys n Gals--get SS to take up some of his share options!!!! See what happened over at Alba today when that happened ---a 10% RISE!! Have a good w/e all

I wish you a successful outcome in your endeavors!! I like your last sentence about the tel no and shareholder communication--I would amend that Communications by shareholders is not encouraged by UKOG--Although in their Annual Report they say Shareholder contact/interaction is important to them, I have NEVER had a reply to any e-mails I have sent them--and they have been reasoned and certainly NOT offensive ( not my style)--and I believe I am not alone in this. Whilst I am a LTH and believe UKOG will come good SP wise the PR area of heir business with shareholders is sadly lacking. Remember we are part owners of UKOG being investors!!

Two points to cover those raised--No way should either be able to sell on inside information---although many suspect it does go on!! Also if DOR are desperate for money the will sell --waiting for good news???? We have had loads of that but still we are stuck where we are--maybe in BECAUSE of DOR/SOLO!! Lets get their shares sold please and we can get on with life of UKOG!!??

Looks like a double whammy then?? SOLO & DOR selling off UKOG shares--no wonder our sp is being held back--get them sold so we can get on with our business of making money!!
