Michael Gove whatever his name is & the Labour Party gonna do away with leasehold & make all them common hold apparently. That's about 4.5m properties. That methinks takes away service charges ground rent, management fee & other. My point being less stress on people's finances for shared ownership part buy part rent & being trapped in short lease. Affordability should help ? . On the news yesterday but that's all i know and heard. Could help less default on mortgages, just saying though i don't know really, & proposals only of yet.
