Yes for LTH's it has been a bad ride but for the new one's this is not a bad deal. It would have been good if Prax had given a better cash offer. The complexity of this deal may be what funds like. Take the dividend and then book remaining as capital loss.
surprising the price remains the same. I think the retail buyers who want to sell have left by now. Most retailers should remember to vote no to both proxies(court and GM) but worst come worst take the cash from the company.
I understand there may be dividend funds interested here who even at a purchase price of 9 can return 3.50 to their consumers. It doesn't make sense. The price remains where it is. who is selling if the dutch are buying?
Don't worry sense. Kerogen have never replied to any emails in past. They were nowhere to be seen when the board was selling the company off to bondholders.
If Anyone here has direct links with RB, then worth reaching out to him. His current view is this is a good deal as he can return significant amounts to CRS holders. However, is he trusting Maris and Prax completely? The return is contingent on P6 performing and the risk is either ways always there.
Done mate! ATB

I am just wondering if there are any Butterfield bank( or something like that from Jersey) investors on this website. The investors hold 20% shares through that platform. They are the ones that can tilt this in our favour.
Apart from having a few of their supporters on this board also.
Last time, the shareholder vote had swept away all the directors. They could not even save the accounting firm Deloitte. Tony was saved by CA. While I agree this is no meme stock like AMC, but there is a significant retail holding here.
Thanks Oldman. I had voted previously but went back to see 2 votes required this time. These are the instructions trying to vote through HL. There will be 2 links of votes that are required.
You can do this as follows:
· Log in online at www.hl.co.uk
· Select ‘view shareholder meetings’ which you’ll find under the link to your secure messages on the right hand side of the screen, please ensure you are accessing this on a computer, as this will not work through the app
· Click the ‘give instruction’ link next to the relevant shareholder meeting
· Give your vote for the resolutions and hit submit
No they have the shareholders meeting and vote. You have to vote till April 28
Just sent the following message through corporate notifications to HL.
Please register my vote as against all resolutions being proposed by the company. I am voting against. Please register my vote as against and confirm that the same has been actioned.
I will recommend helping fellow shareholders and prodding them to vote. I remember last time people were either struggling with online voting or understanding how to vote. The vote needs to be against (this time it is not a yes or no although don’t understand the technicalities if you vote No)
The resolution can be fully understood by downloading the below file from :-

Hi, my apologies, have been away for a few days here. Please can you let me know what are we voting on? I scanned through the hurricane energy website and did not find the resolutions for which we have to vote yes or no. I will vote through my Hargreaves account today. Appreciate help please.
This can be asked from comms@hurricaneenergy.com
Kudos Senseman for the detailed analysis. If we have held it so far, we must to see the end game.
Has the board shared details of all the 5 offers received?
Sense, Can you get RB on phone? You may be the one who can bell the cat. He has been with phone with a few others so may be if you can show him the correct picture.
Mariog, please also email to RB of CA
