Yes indeed I have been to and seen the mill in Mina, NV and I can assure all that it is there and it does exist ;o)

I can also confirm what a remote and challenging environment it exists in, so I am not surprised it has take such a long time to complete.

My visit there was nearly three years ago now though back in October 2023 and what an awful lot has happened since in GWMO land! Most to the positive I think, but also a reminder to us all an particularly to the impatient that this is certainly no get rich quick project!!!

Well, maybe soon we will ... finally! ;o)

The application was submitted Apr 13th and should take around six weeks, so any day now. It'll be announced here (and elsewhere of course) when it does.

Might take your 401K provider a few days to catch up, but chase them if you don't see it!

All very good and positive developments here. Interesting how the share price doesn't change much now until the US wakes up since the dual listing. Look at today's graph ...

I have another example of this where I've also had a rather good day today, with almost *exactly* the same price profile but on slightly different but similar news. See Solid State (SOLI) if you are interested. SOLI has a US subsidiary that happens to manufacture military and drone battery packs in California.

My average cost was 0.26 dating from February 2025. I should have sold a few months later! Sat on it when it got suspended for the boring and painful ride along with fingers crossed. Today therefore probably marks the hardest £350 I've ever made!!

Goodbye Wood and good luck Sidara. Goodbye and good luck to all here! This whole debacle has been such a damned shame and another great business lost to the UK ... I was lucky to get out marginally ahead. If you made a few quid during the last days, well done to you. But remember that an awful lot of good and valuable Wood people and others didn't. The words carcass and vultures comes to mind ..... so please don't gloat about your recent "achievements".

I can answer the currency question for you. GWMO is incorporated in Ireland and its shares are issued in Euro. They are listed on AIM though, where they are priced (unfortunately!) in GBP bits of pennies.

The clue is in the shares description on LSEG: GWMOORD EUR0.0001 (CDI) and "Country of share register: IE".

You should get replacement shares in the new private company, but they will not be readily tradeable (JWNG shares weren't anyhow!) This will also make them very difficult to price!

Depending on how you hold your current shares, you need to get in touch with JWNG and/or your provider to register your interest, or you might just get overlooked and lose out. Financially, write them off, but there is absolutely NO reason for you to lose your holding. We can never know what might happen in the future and being as they have already lost their public tradeable value, there is absolutely no point in not hanging on to them!

As we're talking about Mina, Nevada, tumble weed rolling by is actually a very accurate description of the place!

That does have quite some relevance to the topic we're discussing here btw.

Just for people's info, the JV partner is local to Mina (obviously!) and has the land for the mill, a lot of the machinery and the scarce people with the right skills in the right place. Not enough of them, that maybe true, but neither does anybody else have them in the area. More importantly, they have the local political connections *and* the water rights - without which the whole thing would probably have been either impossible, or hugely expensive and complicated and probably still impossible!

Well, I've still got faith and I'm hanging in there. The difference with me is I have actually been to the mill site in Mina, met the Directors and our JV partners. It was all good, as I reported this time last year, but yet again, I'll say this is certainly no get rich quick investment (!) and it'll all take a lot of time.

All the wider economics are lining up for GWMO, but it does operate in a very difficult locality with many challenges. It is and always has been a long term play. Imagine how you'd feel if you decide to sell out today and the big news finally hits a week or two after you've gone!!

One point: certain people here should be a bit more cautious about criticizing or doubting our JV partner. Without them, *NONE* of this mill construction or ongoing operation would have been possible.

Well, not without enormous and wasteful cost (and delay) at least and in that case, with no guarantee ever of any eventual successful outcome!

We all need to understand and appreciate that Mina, Nevada is hardly the easiest place in the world to do business in!

Mina is very remote, there are issues about getting kit, contractors and power out there, there are issues with water rights and regulations and Nevada politics. We all need to give the team, including our Directors and JV partners, the time to bring this operation to fruition in a pretty challenging environment!

It may be one thing to sit at your desks watching (and criticizing) this story from afar - it is quite a different matter to be actually out there achieving it 200 miles from nowhere in a hostile, mountainous desert!

We'd get very little (even nothing) done in Mina without the Muletown JV on board.

As to the "old equipment" it's called not splurging a fortune on new, when there is plenty of good, in many cases virtually unused, second-hand kit available nearby (from less successful former enterprises!) at a fraction of new prices!

People here aren't half impatient! Anyone would think mining is a get rich quick business!!
