The key part of a convertible loan:

The lender can convert the loan into shares instead of being repaid in cash.

Conversion price:

120% of the closing share price just before the deal completes. �

If the share price is 6p

Conversion price = 7.2p

They can convert the loan value into shares at that price.

It will have been reported as a sell if it was below the mid price. Say the spread was 15-17 (mid of 16) and your buy went through at 15.8 then the trade will automatically be red due to the trade going through below mid price.

You must be new to trading if you don't understand this. Obviously like a gamble too but good luck!

So a market maker bought 500m shares then hasn't bee able to sell them at a profit?? Not a very good market maker now are they!

No chance they could have sold the 500m at that price! There was nowhere near enough buys above this price for the mm's to sell it on and therefore would be left with plenty of stock needing to be sold still at a higher price than the 0.0042 trade price.

Explain the trade price then please??
