at giveaway prices?? Just a thought :(( and I don’t think it’s because of privy insider information! BR123 (6 years in and counting)
Oh to be 58:(
So if YD/ORT are just house keeping , who is still selling?
so what’s the advantage of SETS to BMN, by the why thanks for your response Leafie much appreciated. BR123
SETS stop the shorting we are experiencing, anybody? BR123
been a testing day for both LTH and newbies, for me having been here since Oct 2013 with a low average watching the share price collapse like it did was soul destroying (reminded me of the 1.2p collapse) I was feeling pretty peeved but just think how the guys who bought in at 40p plus, how must they have been feeling ( even at 19p I was well up) so to those guys that stayed the course and didn’t sell WELL DONE you held your nerve and deserve to be rewarded handsomely and be sure you will without doubt I am sure of that, I take my hat off to you. BR123
remind me what britishbulls recommended position was on BMN shares, was it, 1) buy, 2) sell, 3, stay long or 4) stay short? BR123
As always Alfa a very detailed response, impressive. I suppose also to run out a scheme like this would take years to implement by which time perhaps Eskom, with the help of BMN will have solved the supply outages. (????). Thanks for the reply anyway. PS how’s the skiing? BR123
know the nett cost of the battery BMN have installed at Eskom, probably not but let’s say an outfit like the Cape Town Marina decided to purchase their own VRFB, could they resell any surplus to Eskom during periods of low demand? Or is that not feasible? BR123
35003 - 34795 my bed and spouse :)) BR123
I take it by your silence, that you have no concerns with the VRFB issue experienced during the commissioning of the UET Kit at Escom. I would have thought it would have generated a greater response. BR123
Knuttie that's refreshing to hear so hopefully we can all make up, be friends and move on. 😀😀 life really is too short to habour anomosity. BR123
that a number of regular posters have had a fall out for no real reason, Pdub, FB and Knuttie your disagreement is just that, a difference of views. Pdub sorry but you need to respond not by throwing your toys out of the pram and signing off but as sure as I believe you feel support your champions. FB and Knuttie you two on the other hand need to accept that you may be wrong and accept a differing viewpoint, okay John Meyer hasn't enamoured himself with his projections but Pdub has the right to express his support, as you do otherwise. Please don't result in chiding one another you are all bigger than that. Why not reflect on such a great H1 and what a great week we've had so far with our investment. Come on guys, make up and ALL keep posting. BR123
Perhaps Alfa can add his slant on it, it does seem that they hadn't fully understood the parameters required and designed criteria needed to function in this type of situation. If I'm reading this right it also seems a bit odd that they needed to engage with an internal chemical company to solve the problem, a bit embarrassing for BE UET though. BR123
But Ophidian surely the technology would have been tried and tested by UET prior to installation. BR123
Well thanks one and all (By the way meant floundering) it's good to know different views so thank you for that but each to their own. Have to say this board is like an extended family you can really say it as it is and when you need a little advice you're there to provide support. Alfa never said before but thanks for your stering work. Looking forward to tomorow. Night night and thanks guys or girlies. BR123
West Ham drew with Chelsa😩😒😀😩
Knuttie I have given my daughters previous (husband) a business loan of £25,000 he messed up and lost the lot. She is now with a guy that treats her like the princess she is ( okay fingers down the throat for some) so a loan I will not provide. I think it will be a sell of shares but I will be really disappointed. I had share in a number of different companies, some paid dividends but I sold all to put in here, best discion I made but the dilema I have had left me flowndering. Sorry if others find this thread boring but a cross section of views will certainly help me. BR123
Knuttie thanks for the reply, the CGT isn't a concern, don't have the numbers you do but I 'm well up with over 2.8 million shares. At the same time my own circumstances don't allow me to give them more. I was self employed for most of my working life and suffered too many recessions to build a sufficient pension pot. I certainly don't want my kids to go through what I had to suffer. That said they have to stand on their own two feet, but my daughter is my first born and sorry to say as a daughter, she' s special, but thanks anyway. BR123
i haven't sold one share in BMN having held since early October 2013. I want to give my two kids £50,000 each, my problem is, do I give them shares to that value and hope they hold, or (in my daughter case as she needs the money now) give her the £50k in shares and know that because she needs the money now she will sell and not gain their true value and she will receive the future rewards? Guys and gals what do you think BR123
