IMHO Ahfam the likelihood of a bidding war is very probable. SAR have a few hot assets; question is would big Pharma want another big pharma in control of a potential licence deal of one of these assets or would you prefer SAR BOD to negotiate with. I am thinking FLT3 vs the TYK2 1801 very hot also with potential covid treatment and FLT3 about to time out. I would rather BO the whole company and have them all incl. SKIL platform and less risk of stronger negotiation or non at all.

DonTradesAway The MM job is to create liquidity but in reality they try to make money as well and therefore your statement is unfortunately wrong. The MM partake in spoofing and layering amongst other activities and reserve and hide orders which makes it difficult for PIs to make decisions on trading; both practices are illegal. This is why people get annoyed by the MM blatant manipulation. In principle and law it is wrong and that's why I call it out when its so obvious. I am probably responding to a MM or a troll from a MM troll farm. These practices do NOT help PIs to trade quickly. I will start a new thread because I am guessing yours will probably be deleted. BR

Mehta.ck the rule is that green buy gaps always have to be filled and always will be, period. This rule does not apply to red sell gaps so I disagree with your guess.

The Shares in issue is a red herring because if you want to own a percentage of a company you just end up with more shares that’s all. Shares in free circulation that is a different point. However I think there are quite a few large holders of this particular share and limited free circulation. Just my opinion
