Andy/RMM agreed. IMO the MM forward sold our shares at c. 3p then 2p and then 1.4p. Since then I think they are now short of stock.

RMM you make some really good points on the PR and the NOMAD, the value is in the IP and to understand the value you need to have support from technical professionals that understand the science. This board has a good mix of personnel and does a better job that the PR and the NOMAD. The value will be billions of usd and personally imo I can see this getting temporally suspended on TO and huge re-rate on any announcement associated with this. MMs/Brokers will have to deal with this.

Hey Stoney I really appreciate your time spent clarifying this. I am not a subject technical expert in this area but I do deal on the legal / commercial side with IP and to be honest I tried to follow yours, num4 and fadec comments on this and checked it as well as I could and concluded that the last patient must have caught all. The billion dolllar jigsaw complete. Thanks guys for time spent in this.

just saying, we are in a hot market place and we sell IP that is in demand. Maybe 8 billion too low.

Its worth noting (and imo I can see this happening) that the sp will go from 2 to 3 p to the TO price, possibly after a temporary suspension before an announcement. T2 raised the Amgen deal last that happened last summer, sets the tone in terms of price; could we see the sp go from 3p to 250p overnight; its possible.

franky99 not advice but if that was my call i would not do that, if you cant set a limit order I wouldn't bother. The MM can see your stop loss and may take the price down to collect your shares. As I said not advice.

Thanks for this Num4, Correct me if I am wrong but i think Stoney therefore made a typo and should be just a matter of paying the 600 USD payment and the 1801 will be in full force.

I can think of another name for Citigate their financial PR , .......gate. There maybe other reasons for their apparent poor capibilities.
