You have a very good point Sheds. Maybe they did grossly underestimate the value when they initially sold it off with the 3 "payback" clauses. This is the only logical explanation I can see.... I agree...for the paltry sum of $45 m one can have a mine in Production....You think we could go it alone with some forward selling of silver ? This would be far better than any sale imo....then we talking big money over the longer term.. GLA DYOR,

@Sheds...try and do some more research on Lundin if you get time....all my research points to Lundin being in the mix. From the latest video...The copper will be mined by the developer......Lundin right now are looking for primarily a copper mine with Zync and Lead as secondary in their eyes at the moment....thats my take on it .....who knows....and we definitely have all 3....GLA.DYOR

IMO the market has already factored in to EUZ SP that the price is actually irrelevant in event of a sale....hence sticky fingers and SP moving as much as 10% on low value low volume trades. Only people that will be short will be the shorters when Sale news hits the market ;-$ GLA

I asked the question specifically.... " In the Half yearly report why as an exploration company did you not state that as a mitigating action against CV and the threat it has on the economy EUZ is actively trying to sell Toral ?"

Very valid point. FWIW... I emailed LR on this very subject..his response is below. GLA,
"We shall never say we are just trying to sell toral..On the current situation we are working on further budgetary measures and will announce when done.
All exploration companies pretty much have the stated strategy to progress a project through the path for best value for its shareholders."

For any other South Africans following this BB...I see the rand is now trading at R18.03 to the USD dollar...and rising....
EUZ is quite frankily a good way of hedging . I see there are plenty available at 0.01 c which at the moment is the equivalent of 0.00044 pence...yes JSE still a long way off of AIM prices but I expect at least the two of them should be on a par shortly after the Mets are published. This is my opinion only and DYOR. GLA

IMO EUZ do have a plan to mitigate the risk of further dilution or to remedy the financial situation. As stated by Oil sometime back a sale of Toral mitigates all these risks....We have heard from LR in videos that they have plans in place to mitigate these financial risks, yes and I agree they have not as yet been shared Garwool but I am pretty sure they will be doing some serious work now in getting this sold, bearing in mind EUZ is an exploration company not a mining company and we are at the point now when Toral should be sold. Time for LR and BOD to deliver the baby...IMO. DYOR.GLA

@ Bobby....at where it is today I think we all paid to much !!! and this after doing our homework and own reserarch...However having said this the asset has not changed ...in fact it has been proven up more and even further derisked.... so averaging down and buying more at these low bargain prices is a no brainer imo :-$ DYOR.GLA

Europa Metals (EUZ) have recovered the best intersections to date at the Toral lead, zinc and silver asset in Spain.

Thick, high-grade zone confirmed outside of the current Indicated resource area in hole TOD-025: with 7.70m @ 17.3% ZnEq(PbAg) from 483.6m to 491.3m, including 4.3m @ 25.6% ZnEq(PbAg) from 486.3m to 490.6m. Mineralisation confirmed above current Indicated resource area in hole TOD-024: 1.7m @ 5.1% ZnEq(PbAg) from 280.8m to 282.5m and further Copper identified; 0.9m @ 1.5% Cu from 278.9m to 279.8m.

On conclusion of the current metallurgical testwork (expected during March 2020), the significant material recovered from drill hole TOD-025 will be utilised in a further phase of metallurgical testwork, to be undertaken by Wardell Armstrong International. The intersections have enabled us to obtain further mineralised core to continue with the metallurgical work programme, once the results from the current testwork are received and reported. As previously announced, we shall not obtain a further resource update at this stage, but will instead focus on establishing recoveries and potential future saleable concentrate product types of zinc, lead and silver from the high-grade mining profile being developed at Toral. #zinc #geology #silver #mining #lead #copper
