I have read the RNS again and it could in fact be more related to Funding as a resource rather than an additional metal...viz Cu. We know at some stage Cu will be added as in the initial NI 43 101 report we had an indicated approx 4 tons and inferred of 6.5 tons...and this no doubt would be substantially improved with the strategy of targeting the high grade zones. I have emailed LR for clarification but I feel perhaps an RNS this morning will answer my question....let’s see. GLA

I agree DJchrisp....hence my comment they may in fact be the JV partner. Why announce the marketing agent now when we a few years away from Production ? Clearly they have multiple uses In a project of this nature and I seem to recall LR saying the JV partner does not necessarily have to be a miner...and Conrad certainly are not. Very interesting as you say. Let’s see how this pans out but a very clever move imo. GLA

@DJ it was in the scoping study...if I recall correctly it was about the same as the NPV at the time 110m$ ....Oils may remember....I also think with them targeting high grade first it was substantially reduced.

Cjen...what I. Attempted to do was to show the value of 1 share over 20 years as opposed to say a sale of the asset where the sale price is divided by the number of shares in issue.....know what I mean ? There is more value in the share over the mining period....Best D

Yep. The share price is different to the earnings per share per annum

I have done the below calculation so as one can grasp the size of this project. Its called a fag packet estimate of revenue.
Warrants exercisable at 12.5p each on or before 30 April 2022 5,333,3333
Broker Warrants exercisable at 12.5p each on or before 30 April 2022 276,000
Warrants exercisable at 18.75p each on or before 1 October 2021 4,000,000
Broker Warrants exercisable at 12.5p each on or before 1 October 2022 480,000
Total number of possible shares that can be in issue if no further dilution… say 47 million (that’s all current options and warrants being exercised)….
Value of Asset say about 3.5 billion over a lifespan of say 20 years.
That’s about 175 million per year in revenue per year.
Divide 175 million by 47 million…that equals 3.72 dollars revenue per year per share.
The above calc does not take into account tax or Capex expenditure but I suspect the Cu which is not included in the above can cover that…..:-)DYOR.GLA

I have been a shareholder since FCR days and I cannot recall any grants ever being given to EUZ so Im very interested to know what grant exactly was awarded. Also it appears it came from Spains Directorate General for energy policy and mines. So they in turn must have been awarded this from EU. Perhaps RNS tomorrow ?...I have asked LR for clarity on this and will post his response once received.

Hi Teaye...the point I was trying to make is Chrisp has bought some million shares already... Im going to start stock piling as well :-$ Especially now that I know the grant is granted.

I don’t understand both charts and markets...thankfully so. However I do understand compelling business cases. Toral is such. This share I honestly believe is so under priced it’s mind boggling. In 2014 some 120m euros was allocated to Research and Innovation and some 77 million allocated to Environment protection and Resource efficiency. My guess is they have a policy of use it or lose it and it runs out this year. From 2021 it will be a new budget. As León already have the monies my guess is Europa Iberica has been allocated some for current year. Speculating.....ain’t we all with this share...:-)
