I placed a buy order today at best early this morning and I notice this evening it was only partially completed...Only 13k traded on JSE today....JSE has 4,553,438 EUZ shares allocated. So just under 10% in very sticky hands....good sign imo. News imminent ?

No I didn’t tradeuk..I was joking... :-) We have been through some hard times on this BB and I have decided to take a more light hearted approach as I am more confident than ever before ...we are in the right share at the right time....I think that is the secret but I’m telling you anyway....:-)

Nice post Chri5p. I agree with you but have a few provisos....first being that the outstanding warrants will be exercised....the second is that these funds will be used to complete the PFS ...the 3rd being it is then sold/ Jv’d / mined with no further dilution....then its off to the races.

And if we can prove up the Cu it’s race over imo.....as they are actively looking for a Cu play.

I also think we have changed our tune somewhat since those days...they no longer talk quantity of concentrate....its nowadays higher graded quality of concentrate.....so being too small for Lundin made sense...then....but I dont think somehow they will shy away from higher graded concentrate when it can improve the quality of their current concentrate grades in todays market.

We will raise an additional 1.6 million quid from the warrants. This should see us through to end of PFS stage.
From a CB perspective I do not want to speculate but we have had a few surprises in the past and anything is possible.
I personally think we ain't seen the end of Lundin.... based on my previous research....and they have the cash.

BTW....with all my calculations I am already taking into account all warrants being exercised which will then mean about 60 million shares issued.

Hi Sheds. GM. In the speeding RNS dated 30th July...they stated. " The recent rise in share price is positive for the potential exercise of outstanding warrants which would mean further funds for the Company " so I am convinced the PFS is built in to the warrants being exercised at the right time. I don't see further dilution until perhaps after PFS phase (if its not sold by then) GL. D :-)

They valued us at 0.095 p per share (old Money)
That equates to 46.25 pence per share new money.
I know a lot of you take their valuations with a pinch of salt (myself included) but between July 2019 and September 2020 we know what has happened as regards the further de risking of Toral project and the huge success of the metalurgical and ore sorting streams . Time will tell.GLA.

Sheds If I recall correctly he is on record saying that whoever will mine Toral will mine the Cu as well. MCAP therefore should be GBP 16 950 073
MCAP is actually GBP 4 544 585 @ 9.25 pence
The so called market values us with 2 million quid in the bank and all the work done to date on Toral, the remainder at 2,5 Million Quid only? Really ?

I suspect the only reason they were not exercised a few weeks ago... was that we would have had more money in the Bank than our MCAP was worth...... LOL :-) Now how is this possible ? ....very easy if ones a EUZ share holder. (only joking of course)

So with a potential 3.6 million quid in the Bank that should see us through to a sale,JV /mine...whatever imo. I dont see immediate further dilution other than the warrants. Once the ones at 18.75 are exercised I suspect we will be a lot closer to the end game. Hold, watch and wait. Otherwise buy....as I dont see DB allowing this to slide much further ... Best D

Just over 6 million warrants can be exercised 12.5 p ......these are .25p lower than the last fund raiser. Interesting.
4 million can be exercised at 18.75 p......

Pleasure MFM....at those exercise strike prices it should be a walk in the park :-)...I think that is why we are where we are now.....they could have all been exercised two weeks ago :-)
