Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
@Money Denerius is 61% owned by Aris mining…..they are already large as per Myles….furthermore in the presentation why do they even mention If EUZs ownership of Toral drops to less than 10% they will have no one on the board? Seems very strange that this is even mentioned.
And the latest presentation.

Money…If Shares in issue are 92,925,802 and Deutsche Balaton Aktiengesellschaft ("DBA") invested £330,000, via the Subscription, for 7,333,333 new Ordinary Share
the last fund raise ….that’s already roughly 7% and if they had 7% before the last fund raise I guesstimate about 14%….what % do Bennelong have as I got no clue with their holding.?
Hi Sheds in fairness as per JSE they are still showing Issued shares: 80,036,914
As the last fund raise was in the same RNS as the announcement of the JV with Denerius….so JSE don’t even know that more shares were issued :-)
https://www.moneyweb.co.za/tools-and-data/click-a-company/EUZ/
So maybe they are hidden ? …..:-) and should have had their own RNS ? Just a thought. Best D
And this strange sum……Denerius has 20 million shares in the market…..EUZ 80 Million.
Denerius will own 80% with their 20 million shares in the market…..EUZ will own 20% with their 80million shares in the market…..I wonder whose share holders are actually benefitting more.
CJen…you asked the question yesterday but in real terms…..
49% of 349,000 tonnes zinc, 260,000 lead and 6.6 million ounces of silver is it better than 20%
of the expanded resource which will include Cu no doubt and we have no idea what the size will be…In fact even with Cu it may not be….as the resource in effect will need to approximately double again in value for it to be about the same. So again…more questions than answers with EUZ. The market has wised up to this I’m afraid.
So it’s the export side then where the EU have made it unattractive to import from the UK ? Wow….talk about a double edged sword !! Well if I were you I would consider hosting my website in EU and appointing a local agent…..so you don’t even have to import anything from the EU……you source and sell it and distribute in the EU if that’s your target market. GL Highside and I wish you good health and wealth and happiness.
I have exactly 13 months left for retirement as well…..sorry to hear you not in good health at the moment Highside. Yes Brexit never helped you at all if I remember correctly as you have or had an import business and took a huge knock overnight. …paying extra import duties and taxes. Then along comes Covid to put the boot in….and then EUZ…..yes definitely been through the mill……Let’s hope Denerius do something really really well and quite quickly as well so you and many on this bb can actually reap the harvest of the seeds they have sewn over the last few years…..hopefully not on baron soil.
Same as me Bobby……so much to learn and earn and so little time !! LR is the sole reason why I’m still working !! Should have retired 5 years ago ….instead stuck R2 million that’s ZAR into a 1.5% ownership of EUZ…so in the end added 6 Years onto my work life :-) So you must be in a similar situation. Good lord !! It’s starting to seem like we are the same person :-)
Don’t forget Sheds !,,, the reduction in resource on Jorc as we included some guys farm that wasn’t ours :-)……the promising of value events in RNS’s…..the one too many dilutions after talking Europe funding and non dilutionary strategy….? Conrad ?….Data room was open in 2017 I think….and what we end up with ….I can go and on but it’s just not worth it anymore. Let’s see what Denerius management team can do with this….Denerius….Lundin ties me finks.
Suppose that’s what we get when we actually outsource our expectations and hard earned to a management team that are now in hindsight incompetent. LR turned out to be just as bad as Mr Teeth unfortunately in the long run. Both made some terrible decisions for shareholders. And me like a fool defended them tooth and nail on this bb. Well I got both in the end….toothed and nailed. !!!
Lols….had to laugh….remember the heady days when I offered to book everyone into a hotel in Spain for a weekend and Sheds was going to pay for the drinks if I remember correctly…….yes definitely we all deserve better….even good old Bobby Beal and Oiltap :-)
Seems like EMI is making money which is interesting…….from the last RNS
The Shareholders' Agreement is governed by Spanish law.
For its financial year ended 30 June 2022, EMI reported an unaudited profit before tax of approximately €100,000.
The way I read option 2 Chrisp is if it not exercised by Denerius. Denerius will need to transfer 2 % of their shares in EMI back to EMI so EMI will have the controlling stake of 51% which Denerius now has. So EUZ are not in charge now and will only be in charge as per above. ie if Option 2 not exercised. Best D
