I think it’s all about reputation/damage control. The name Sensyne is synonymous with bad corporate governance and all sorts of bad stuff including the spectacular collapse of the share price from 190p to below a penny within a matter of months. Someone from Gatemore once commented that the reason why an MBO wasn’t successful was because people want to buy “clean” companies. If my thinking is correct, the name change should therefore be a positive move. Whatever they are doing, the current management appear to have a clear plan. Hopefully we will hear some good news soon.

Nothing yet from Charles Stanley, still appears as Sensyne in my dealing account.

The fundamentals look solid going forward here. My view is that this is a positive step as the current share price may be too low for some institutional investors to buy. I have also seen some platforms have blocked buying of this share because it’s too low, only allowing sells. This is also my first time to experience a reverse share split, hope it goes well.

Looking good, looks ready for take off. Appears like there was a seller on the loose in the last few weeks, but a few buys have been going through as well. Call it blow for blow maybe lol.

Yes but it has a statement that reads “Following the one for one Sub Division approved at the General Meeting held on 6 June 2022, the nominal value of the shares shown on this certificate has been reduced from 10 pence to GBP£0.008 each”

I got a share certificate for my ISA shares.

Hopefully lists on the Nasdaq soon.

There’s lots of hope…think of the strategic collaborations signed with several partners. Sens invested $10m in Phesi not long back, I feel like these collabs were underreported in the lead up to delisting.

In my view, this company was failed by bad management but with a capable captain in Alex, I think very soon it will be oven ready. Gut feeling is 2yrs maximum for results.

Delistings come in all shapes and sizes. I honestly don’t think the concert party have ten yrs to sit on their money..by the way, Alex is one of the concert party.

Any idea if you will be able to transfer your loss as well. I’m sure the share price will drop to nil upon delisting.

Should they be left in an ISA Acc or transferred to an investment Acc? What are the pros & cons of doing either.

Tullow Oil PLC - London-based oil and gas exploration company - Wins an outlook upgrade from Moody's. Outlook rises to positive from stable. Moody's also affirms the company's B3 long-term corporate family rating, its B3-PD probability of default rating and the B2 rating of its USD1.7 billion backed senior secured notes due 2026. Also affirms the Caa2 rating of the USD800 million back senior unsecured notes due 2025.

Decision follows Tullow's proposed all-share merger with oil and gas exploration company Capricorn Energy PLC. Moody's expects the merger to enlarge Tullow's scale and add diversification to the company's business profile.

Current stock price: 55.61 pence

12-month change: down 5.0%

Decent update on 4th of May, hope it starts moving upwards soon.
