The obvious positive would be that Mologic believe the world requires more tests and is just embarking on a new partnership to develop another test. That is to say, testing will be required for a long time to come. Not something you would entertain if you believed this would all be over in 12months.

Appears I missed a critical letter in that heading, thank you for pointing that out JHolder! It is really hard to speculate on the share price and the movements over the short term, but if we stick with the business fundamentals there is a massive amount going for this company over the next 12months. They have also been really good at hitting committed deadlines, so the next month could be transformational.

ODX are still advertising jobs as they continue the road to ramping up to 2500 tests per week. They would not be doing this if they didn't have a path to this demand level. The first things companies do when demand looks dodgy is freeze recruitment and ban travel. We already know that the November capacity is already completely covered.

Was a prediction from yesterday, not mine, I'm hopeless at that. But given that is was 47.25 at 4.25pm I was pretty willing it on.

They missed out a couple of additional links. Deeks is Chief Statistical Advisor at the BMJ and the writer of the initial BMJ article is linked to Imperial College who have their own COVID test. Then there were the tweets from the Good Law chap minutes after the release of the CIGA article on the 3 billion tests.

Timing of those tweets is very interesting. They almost look like a panic.

Currently showing 7.1m shares traded with 5.4m Sales versus 1.7m Buys. There are at least 1.3m of purchases showing as sales, and given some of those transaction timings, I would say there is very likely to be a higher level of mislabeled transactions.

Certainly agree that multiple interested parties is the most important part of the RNS but I think the statement regarding the advice to hold shares until the end of the process shows a very high level of confidence from the BOD. That statement didn't need to be made.

They have shown the most intent since the initial 8.3 disclosures came through, adding 4.6m shares so far. Guess Amerisur fits into their Smaller Companies Growth Service fund run by Graham Neale out of their Mayfair office. Interesting to me is that they sponsor the Baa-Baas game at Twickenham in the Killik Cup. Hopefully will be going to that.

It feels like a repeat of the Vetra situation except this time the boot is on the other foot. I expect we will see Indico 2 spud but doubt we will see the flow results. Think it will be all done and dusted by then.

From the dates on the RNS I would conclude that those 2.5m shares were purchased Thurs/Fri last week.

I think that was a correction to the Monday RNS where 1c was missing. I imagine the 17,641,689 share holding remains correct, and not the lower figure released on Monday.

On the Major institution page they were showing 25.2m shares at March 31st. I have no record of them appearing in the Selling list prior to this month either. Unless I have a made a cut and paste error, they sold in April.

Looks like Capital Research and Management sold their entire holding in April - 25.2m shares.

ColonelDrake, for the slow guy in the class could you explain how connectivity is proven or even suggested from the well logs/flow tests? I'd be very interested to know what they want to see when trying to prove up connectivity between resources. I've tried to research this online and anything I have found on the subject has been extremely technical and a simpler explanation would be really appreciated.

I'm surprised GTE could RNS their purchase of Vetra's 50% in PUT 8 without Amerisur's right of first refusal being resolved. I don't recall any reference to it in their RNS either. Seems pretty embarrassing from their side. Stifel's estimate of a 1.5yr payback sounds like good value to me, pleased with acquisition.

Let's hope he isn't called Speckled Jim.

I think this is one of the reasons Amerisur went for OXY as a partner in the Putumayo. If there is lowball bid from an interested party it is a good idea to have another interested party with some financial firepower to counter the offer. Hopefully the assets will be in a more developed state before any initial offer arrives.
