You are right about that, but if Bunga Mass deal is done then companies value will jump to at least £10 millions straight away, which is 5 times higher then current market capital, that’s why the placing likely to be at significant premium, I remember rem days which did 60 times from bottom, this could be next rem. besides consolidation isn’t confirmed yet, it needs to be approved in shareholders meeting

Mrcalm, I have been in and out of this stock for 1 year and made profit, I just didn’t like the fact few people were ramping since yesterday without any information or research, just quoting BMD, so just wanted to take on them as they were actually harming the share price rather then helping, I am positive about ADL at the same time trading the trend to avoid loss, and called it right, bought few weeks ago at 0.0170 then sold yesterday at 0.0240, and bought back at 0.0210 today, Called it right all along!

ADL needs fund and if we purchase Bunga Mass then the money is likely to come from a premium placing, if Bunga Mass purchased then with all other assets and partners on board already, share price will be many multiple of today. Good luck investors

Few rampers bought on spike Friday and going crazy and pretending to know more then people who’s been with this company for years: This is what your BMD said: ADL haven’t turned the corner yet. They are at the corner. But they may, if they can turn the corner, have a future. Post consolidation they become a new company with no doubt a new name. It’s wait and see how it goes, not a throw the kitchen sink in moment. ‘Cautiously Optimistic’ should be the mind-set here.

What do you think about BMD from Twitter’s involvement? Howcome he is able to tell future? That makes me doubt; they are working together to get volume for another placing? No such talk going on as I have seen the same happening in various stock over the years!

Lol, it will come good one day but not the time yet for long term hold, being in and out few times over last one year and did ok. I will buy and hold for longer term upon next placing news, pre-consolidation or after! Timing in AIM stock essential and who else knows it more then Yorkshireman!
