They’re basically issued following an auction if one has been triggered. Auctions happen at certain times of the day.

They’ve sold 2,440,000 shares. They still hold 10%.

Told you! This is not a day-trade stock and too dangerous to atm. It’s a buy and hold IMHO. Much higher SP on its way.
