Full get that the battery game will eventually move on and the guys and gals at UCL are leading that research. But how long will it take for industries to move on and away from today's ev batteries tesla have been in the game for awhile whilst most run of the mill car manufacturers are only just waking up. It takes time for the major movers to shift technology, so whilst I get what you are saying I don't see it on the timescales you think.
So he's taken diddly from the company from it's inception and what he's taken in salary/bonus has all gone back in. Anyone on here not earned anything for 5 years not sold a single share and can afford to still live? Not me that's for sure!!
You would have to think with our asset being so close to this planned factory we will play a part in this. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-6007527/amp/Tesla-explores-building-Gigafactory-Europe-WSJ.html?__twitter_impression=true
The initial consideration for the Transaction is a mixture of cash and the issue of Ordinary Shares to the Vendors, being AUD $1.0m purchase price and the issue of 20,000,000 Ordinary Shares at the current market price at the time of issue. These 20,000,000 Ordinary Shares (to be held in escrow for six months from the date of issue) will be issued to the Vendors shortly and a further announcement will be made at that time. Deferred consideration of AUD$1.5m cash and a further 20,000,000 Ordinary Shares of the Company (to be subject to orderly market provisions for six months) has also been agreed to be paid to the Vendors upon the announcement by Savannah of a JORC-compliant Indicated Mineral Resource of 7.5 million tonnes at no less than 1% Li2O ('Milestone 1'). In addition, upon the announcement by Savannah of a further JORC-compliant Indicated Mineral Resource of a minimum of 7.5m tonnes at no less than 1% lithium; final consideration of AUD$1.5m cash and an additional 20,000,000 Ordinary Shares (to be subject to orderly market provisions for six months) be paid to the Vendors ('Milestone 2') (together with Milestone 1, 'the Milestones').
Spiked to 17p for a couple of hours, and then held around the 12p level. At the beginning of June it was around 8/9p if I remember but don't quote me on that. Me personally I would have like so have seen 10p with it being over subscribed, but 12.5m is not to be sniffed at it covers the cost of all the big upcoming milestones which are all value adding. So with 12.5m in the bank with the placing at 9p and the SP not much above that, positive news flow in the pipeline. It's an excellent entry for some and a waiting game for some that got spiked.
