They should have put a UK MD in place overheads are far too big for a company in trouble biggest mistake ever was having Stone come in and upset the apple cart Mr Hamer has got to be answerable for the decisions he made I know from good sources prior to Stone the management team had the business on track to deliver profit but made it clear it wouldn't be until year 5 Ironic that Stone is CEO of the company that is allegedly doing the purchase!!! I think we have all lost between us a considerable amount of money

Well better reading in the results not so sure when you look at revenue contributed from operating I would expect it to be higher. Word on the street still not paying suppliers and in pockets of areas poor service the comment on new sales professionals in London I would suggest is way over rated and doubtful will make changes. Jimbo love your reference to the Vendies and great that a Uvenco operator won but just look at how many enter and how many vote !!! when you add up how many vending companies across the UK there are. As I always say I really hope this company turns round but my faith has gone Maybe a new chairman would make the difference and a UK based MD or CEO reporting to Sergei Shares are still low and my investment worthless!!!!

All quiet again on here, but as an update I hear that they are still not paying suppliers have had a couple of rounds of more operators losing jobs and major NHS contracts at risk, so the debt reduces but the business still remains a mess. Rumours are rife that they may bring some old management back as mistakes were made!!! watch this space. Question though If they are reducing the debt what is their strat plan now as no sales team as such, lack of direction I had faith in the turn a round of this business and held onto shares I'm afraid I was wrong to do so and should have sold.

Well it seems to have died a death in updates and comments on here, does that mean you have all sold out or just completely give up!!! No good news from what I hear Good staff leaving all over from sales to Operations how can they survive, no way on inciting new staff in, still not paying suppliers yet spending money on social events and I hear lots of money gone in payouts to people that hadn't even served a year!!! I think the board really need to look at bringing in a UK MD that can manage on a close day to day basis instead of from Russia, someone who understands the UK trading and brings in some fresh ideas Think outside the box for goodness sake or there will be no Unvenco UK!!!! Last question Why do they hold the AGM on the 23rd December is that a deliberate ploy to stop attendance from share holders?

Is it good news? No sales director? sales guy appointed as sales manager north region left going to competitors!! No staff in Corby all office and warehouse staff left!! Suppliers not paid!! No new business !! Russians controlling London business!! Russian machines can they compete in UK against the popular machines competitors sell!!! Thin on the ground with experience in the Management camp!! do I need to say any more? As I always say I hope I am wrong and I keep saying I will remove my investment but keep living in hope!!

Well near the end of September and no accounts , share price drop not good from where I'm standing

Gravy-Boat Yes you are correct accounts are due end of September and have been delayed the past few years and I suspect they will be again. This is the worse department in the company and needs a huge shakeup, London office is poorly run from finance and my belief the new guy in Blackburn is no better, they have no CFO as the idiot Maltby has gone again another one that added to the misery of this poor company, seems to me and from what i hear there is no direction, the new Ops guy (I must get his name sorted) is good but not an experienced leader at this level and I mean no disrespect to him it is only what I am being told he was a strong number 2 but give him chance as long as he gets the support he needs from the Russians I am sure he will deliver, Watch this space as surely there will be a restructure from him!!! Once again I am behind the team and wish them well but my doubts are huge!!!

My opinion is here we go again!! Debt restructure new management restructure??? No sales Director who will lead new business and look after existing Inexperienced Russian guy running the City have they lost the plot? Ops Director really decent guy apparently but has he the experience to pull it round ? Watch this space for a share plummet, sorry chaps have lost faith now lets hope I am wrong as I wish them all well, i am thinking of cutting my losses and selling out.

No idea why Jimbo, maybe he sees things internally that don't get out the bag publicly? I can't see where new wins will come in now, not experienced sales management in the business is poor and I believe they still have an inexperienced Russian running the London business, not sure if he is separate from the new appointed Ops guy or under his remit, all seems quiet on SITB and Drinkmaster. I also hear that the guy Mark Stone brought in to replace Ian Forde is going, Rumour mill says he is joining Mr Stone again!!! I will keep asking Jimbo and keep you updated seems we are the one 2 interested in out investment do you think the others Have sold out?

Jimbo I have done some digging with colleagues, news is Sales Director is leaving next week jumped to Selecta not replacing, they have a new Head of Ops don't know their name but apparently an internal promotion, seem to be going down again how can they survive with no one heading up sales!! let's hope the new Ops person has some new ideas to pull them back up they need some clean revenue wins to improve long term bottom line. I wait for the results next month I really want them to be good !!

Jimbo hadn't seen it but alarming!! I believe they have made changes internally and have new finance people on board so maybe it will now start to turn

I think you're right Jimbo on the price, maybe if there is a dip it is worth more shares I will watch closely

Although I didn't think I would say it Cook I have to agree with everything you have put, I do however think the new CEO needs a UK Operations Director as there elements I believe they still don't understand about UK trading and laws so this would keep their noses clear, I am afraid though the industry is dry of the callibre they need, it is doubtful they have an internal person to promote, although I know I will get flack for this I do believe under the right person Sproston could have delivered with her team as most of the background work I believe was completed is why they are now in a position to win accounts and tenders along with the efforts of the Sales Manager who's name escapes me at the moment (Old Age chaps not good) I also believe the Support team are strong, but I have also been ill advised on investing so what do I know!!! Hope the wife doesn't read your posts Cook she may blow your cover!!!!

No I am not suggesting they sell cheaper I am suggesting they look at their total business model and find a USP to separate them from their competitors, they seem to have put all eggs in one basket with NHS is this right considering the push on healthy eating within the NHS? I know easier said than done but surely a little investment in some marketing ideas would be a good investment.

I must say that Cook is very quiet usually his posts are quite near to whats happening but his/her comments seem to be drying up, is this somebody that was in the business but no longer or they had an in-house mole that has left???

Trader-Mick you are correct but the issues is the profit margins is cut with the large rebates paid back to the customer, by the time all you costs are taken out, the VAT and the rebates there is little left for the profit, they need a complete new approach to the market place and some USP's if they are to survive.

I believe chaps that the kit is all free on loan but a small element of it will be high cost leasing, they are winning NHS but also losing business, they are not paying suppliers again and not paying rebates to customers so yet again I can see in 6 months time they will be looking at funding, maybe a united show at the AGM would be good and block the re election of the Chairman. I had every faith in this business as I had good information from close colleagues I have accepted now that my investment has gone and is worthless, I don't blame the team on the ground as I know they all work extremely hard but the board really should be looked at Boris must be asking what the hell have I got into.

Well put Cook, I would put my money on VMI coming through, should have sold Drinkmaster, SITB muddles by and SD is not growing only hanging in with existing business but VMI seems to be growing and the strength of the team there is solid

I can't see much move on this price for awhile if at all, the reference to merging the 2 vending companies is old news this was done 18 months or more back if you remember they restructured. The guy in London went his name escapes me and Sproston was put as Head if Group Ops with Hartland over sales all run by Mr Hamer and Mr James. I believe London was and still is a mess from poor management prior to Sproston and the other guy taking over but the question should have been asked what was James and Hamer doing as they were both sat in the London office. Let's hope my belief in this company and some of its people come through and they manage to turn it round
