Received a message from hl today they have received a reply from broadridge who act on these matters for them and blue star have supplied info to them and hope to start blu trading soon hope this pushes sales up TheeDuke get that big buy in you wanted good luck lads will buy some more myself soon

That is hardly the answer Johnny hl need to be told they do not roll over all of their customers

Do not fully understand you post Duke I know you use Hl if their 3rd party supplier states that is the case there is nothing more we can do

Hl have just replied to my complaint about not being able to buy blue shares

Their 3rd party supplier Broadridge state blue has not supplied info to them yet

I asked Hl yesterday for the name of their 3rd party provider who I believe have info from blu but not passing on to hl, to complain to London stock exchange watchdog

Very true pedrobull but hl have a very poor company getting their info just emailed hl for name of their 3rd party company to formally complain to London stock exchange regulator

Hl are hardly the best stockbroker but they are the most reliable I have been with them for 25 years but have had my issues with them their 3rd party supplier dealing with this sort of thing is absolutely ****e
