I'm highly dubious about many of these supposed big sells given mm games with the spread.

Anyone know the actual live spread.

I also strongly believe this will take far less than 3-6 months to bag.

That's circa 4% of the issued shares Arkle accumulated right there.

Each 5k buy is a purchase of circa 1/4 of a per cent of the issued share capital.
10 x 5k buys = 2.5%
100 x = 25% etc

Clearly buy out talks are in progress currently, only question is when not if.

The placing was perfect brinkmanship - desperate sellers always get bottom $.

Arkle's 24% Stonepark free carry will be bought out way before august drill. Glencore will not want to pay a massive premium. Ark clearly have a short term exit strategy.

An announcement very soon would not surprise me. Though I do expect Ark to retain somebasic interest esp in view of the unexplored zones under licence at Stonepark.
It is clear as day they wish to cash in asap - at the right price - to further their gold exploration sites.
