Surely, I think the board is being clever with their stategy. They are setting targets that are evidently achieveable but when they achieve them it gives good PR to the company. Like this week. If the workovers have the same level of impact we could reasonably be looking at 1000BOPD early in Q3 and that would put us in a position to smash the 1000 by y/e target. I particualrly take heart from the reveiwed drilling plan and would like to see full use of the rigs once the workovers have been completed. On a more sobering thought, the waterflood appears not to have added any more in the recent months, proof if ever was needed that they need to source more water but even if this is found, it takes significant periods of time to show as oil. We are getting there. Still holding. Guess the next update is a month+ away unless we get a new drilling plan, butgiven we have not drilled any of the 2 planned so far I would not expect news until after these are done. Lets see where we are come the quarterlies as revenue should be up massively... maybe that is the real shot in the arm for the SP. KRO

Thesaltire, I am not having a go at anyone. I'm not actually having a go at Celtic, I am trying to understand and then discuss the allegations he throws about as fact. He seems to make statements of fact and then when questioned on them just refuse to justify them. I am sorry but if you post on a public forum you must expect to be questioned when you state unsubstantiated "facts". The real picture is that a handful of people are taking some profits, we have had just 10 trades so far today (4 million in all) some of which are almost certainly SELLS. The true picture is we retraced 10% and I am still going to call this as a red finish as there is NO indiciation that I can see that we will finish in positive territory today. That said, we are in a better position than last week and I am happy for that. KRO

Celtic, you refuse to discuss a point you repeatedly state as fact, you have not once validated this. I believe your posts are lies and a deliberate attempt to mislead other readers of the board. You state argument but you simply refuse to justify your comments which have NO support. And i dont mind if your friend from other boards tries to rubbish my name, I simply want to understand WHO you believe is doing this, HOW they are doing this and WHY they are doing this. If that is that "this" is really even a thing. Well that was a nice RNS to recieve after a glorious day yesterday. It is nice to see some headway being made with regards to production. I am also pleased that the increase POO has called for the BOD to revisit the planned 2 development wells due to be drilled. I would really like this to increase significantly if it is economically sound and depletion on the last well has not reduced the output too significantly. Looks like the BOD actually hit a target and the SP has reacted accordingly. Trades going through at little under 0.3p which is around double our all time lows. I would love to see a finish over 0.25 and maybe some hype being created to reconnect the SP to the positive work completed in the last 12 months. GL ALL KRO Bounty

Celtic, let's be clear, my questions were not arguments designed to get your views removed, it was an attemptto try and understand how/why you hold the beliefs around the manipulation of the SP by small trades. As i have stated before it may be the case you have a good reasoned view as to the 3 questions I posed, but your silence indicates that you are simply unable to provide sensible coherent answers to them. I have been pondering this. And as I pointed out to Celtic there appears little benefit in keeping the SP down as there is no money to be made shorting from here given the SP. I have beeb here long enough to see all the conspiracy theories. Could I be possible our finance providers are keeping this quashed to pick up Range on the cheap? With the SP this low, it may well be tough to find a positive refinance options with these due up in 18 months, I would expect the BOD to be doing all they can to increase the SP. If this was the case, could the BOD be complicit and hence the lack of positive propaganda? It would seem unlikely but given the disconnect between the SP and POO and our production increase, something seems amiss. What can the BOD do to increase the SP. Are they being deliberately conservative given the former BODs lies and mistruths. Something is up. I just hope the PI's dont lose their hard earned... I certainly could do with not losing £15k. No, I had not been banned as I hadn't actually broken any rules that I am aware of. Apologies over any typos... phone is being a pest today. Anyhows to Range... I have had a reveiw of where we are and where we have been. I see us as being in the strongest position we have been in with actual tangible progress being made. Production, save the storage issue, has been trending upwards and with WTI at $71 as I type, the hard work through the low POO times should be showing increased revenues and maybe even profits by the time the quarterlies roll around again in July. I have some concerns with my holding as it stands. First, how come we have not had a meaningful update on Trinidad other than the quarterlies since 21st Feb. Given that this is our bread and butter, how can we not have had a proper ops update other than the quarterlies. Is everything going to plan... is BOPD on the increase... is waterflood increasing etc etc. They need to create so hype if they want the SP to increase and given the renumeration report was shot down, I would fully be expecting the big investors want to see the return on their investment. If the SP is at all time lows by Nov, will the BOD be out on their ears? Further to this, are we still planning to complete 2 drills this year, given we are nearly halfway through, this does not inspire confidence that we are going to increase the BOPD by drilling. I dont think RRDSL staff will be sitting around but you would think having a drilling company would allow you to drill for oil as opposed to simply working over old wells. Second, what is happening with Indonesia. Is this going to be a case of all quiet until we earn our larger slice over there and then ramp up the work. Well, I would like to think so but given the lack of drilling in T&T I am not so sure. I think the comms leave a lot to be desired over here. Maybe they are waiting for the right time but I kind of suspect they dont understand the importance of the comms. I had a lot more to say but phone keyboard has annoyed me. KRO

Bewareshadows, how did you work out whether they were buys or sells as often, given the wide spread, the "advertised" buy/sell is not actually that depending on the given spread at the time. I know for sure this to be the case as a couple of my most recent top ups showed as sells at the time and they were certainly purchases. KRO

Ill give you an example, you want to buy a new car on finance so you go to the dealer and he says we have a range of options but they will depend on your credit rating. Rather than allow them to do a credit score, you take offense with the fact that they don't trust you and claim to be a victim. That is in effect what has happened here, I have asked Celtic to evidence anything to back up his claims but rather than doing this ( I have tried for several weeks in various styles and levels of politeness) he appears to try and take the moral high ground and not respond to bullies.
