Buying price certainly looking lower. Mr Rowlands seemed to get them at mates rates or as some noticed at bid price. Think after the order filled might get some upward motion before close. Seems stuck at the moment where previously was played on the trades

This was £11 in February....hope no long termers still stuck in from that price as thats some kind of fall...I know this was main listed then but still wow

Yep think it will start to motor hopefully by tomorrow when I would hope name change and investment (s) are revealed. No downside from here for me to see. 32 million shares in issue gonna help it rocket in my opinion

I read it as that too. Name change and who they have invested in probably come by tomorrow. We know the oil deal has already been done with kentucky but I'm expecting some more to be announced along with the direction of what type of investments

Should go back to AIM as SPR left main jndex earlier this year. If it was to be suspended then would not be for a long period as only new company name and direction of investments to be announced not reverse take over etc Yes seen dome dogs go through this process but in here you've got to look at those involved and the clues and major holder to realise more than the oil acquisition going on here. Sperati formed in 1850's and therefore the company has some historic kudos to live up to, even if it used to be from buttons and broaches. Not many shares in issue here either and it can move when allowed. Let's see what's announced today but as per usual do research first

Think around 1230 tomorrow all will become clearer. Some big names sneaking in at the top and I do think the heritage of this 150 year old company will be turned into a investment company with some juicy portfolio holdings. The oil holding and button disposal is just the start. Shame DL has left twitter as no doubt hints would have come from him. Ant has done some good digging on here and it does seem to be smoke and mirror stuff with the true direction to be revealed. May rocket after the news or just be another investment tortoise but I think once the names involved are revealed, it will be hard to hold it back ;-)
