Definately going to be a share that people will want to be in overnight incase the RNS appears first thing. I would suspect we have reached the bounce point and now momentum run for this week and just case of waiting for it to drop. Funding and placing allowing more to take a bigger slice of the pie on the announcement perhaps ? Shall see but good to see the volume and tide turning here

SP still massively undervalued. Should be at least double here. £10m in bank. AI products around the world and also introduced the COVID training simulator. Watching other pharmas getting the limelight long enough. But watching slow trickle of buy trades and accumulation still, this will rocket when least unexpecting it.

Hmm , 1 trade appeared with no volume. Would be interesting to see if any news now drops. Accumulation been more frequent recently for sure

If momentum run carries on today, then can see this reaching 20p in the not so distant future. Fully funded after last placement for more research and free float here is limited. If it wasnt for the Covid issue then sure this would have a much higher SP by now

Taken some on here. From last RNS 27/07/20 SPA takes up to 45 days. Been 30 days now so not long to wait left

Further to the announcement dated 4 August 2020, the Directors of Rurelec PLC (AIM: RUR) announce that the final court hearing for the reduction of the Company's nominal share capital by way of cancellation of 561,387,586 deferred shares of £0.01 each and the cancellation of the share premium account of the Company (together, the "Reduction of Capital") has taken place today and that the High Court of Justice has formally approved it. Registration of the Court Order is intended to be filed with Companies House on Monday.

A further update will be made when the Court Order has been successfully filed at Companies House and the Reduction of Capital becomes effective.

So the registration of the court order should be filed today. Just a case of waiting for a further update now
