Can sell a ton on dummy trade but cannot buy more than 40000 on dummy buy before NT on Halifax…think someone loading up and feel good Friday will come today

Hope someone made some profit who decided to sell. Add QFI q and a session on the 4th October. What do you think they want to present. Possibly the new Utah deal ????

The Agreement has been amended such that Greenfield can now exercise its right to acquire an initial 10% of the Membership Interests for cash consideration of US$2 million on or before 1 October 2021. A further non-refundable deposit of US$100,000 has been paid to secure this amendment. The total deposit of US$300,000 can be credited against the US$2 million cost of acquiring 10% of the Membership Interests, should Greenfield elect to proceed with the potential acquisition of the initial 10%.
Well one week to go to decide whether the 10% deposit is proceeded with. Considering 300000 has already been paid as previous deposits, plus yesterday’s news and Petroteq trading again…..then I cannot see any reason why this wouldn’t go ahead. As posted yesterday, there is already some infrastructure in place and some due diligence has been completed.
One week and Tomco could be making the journey to transform the company. Sitting tight and seeing if the recent events all progress to this happening

Yep when you look at the holdings of some of the big ones, they probably have enough to launch a hostile takeover bid. Perhaps that’s why SP gets bounced back down as soon as it rises. Flow rates hopefully will cause a volume surge to prevent this, but who knows what games the mega wealthy like to play.
When I think of past oilers waiting for flow rates, the SP would climb in anticipation to the results coming out. Here, I’m not sure what exactly is going on as it should have been over 3p by now imo

When you look through these paragraphs from the AGM statement re Utah, I get more and more confident that we not only will get the funding required, but a lot of the site requirements are all ready in place————

Looking at past RNS releases, they seem to issue them all times of the day. Now staff been given their Xmas bonus shares, just a case of patience

JV TomCo and Valkor will apply this technology to establish a 10,000 bpd production facility once the technology has been fully validated and a suitable location for oil sands extraction has been identified. Done !!!
I’m pretty confident that this will happen now by the deadline. We know the technology works.

Took them at 0.62 and 0.63
