So Graham Cooley now takes 20% on Distil a week before Ardgowan Distillery opens.. very intrigued to see where that goes… vast diamond sales news ….. yet again no update…another board member on Alrt but still want to see some project announcements there

Nice… makes the free float even smaller… he has got to be building a position to get on the board perhaps…why take 20% when you could just have 10% and stay there… all a mystery but sure glad to have him on board as a major holder

Ardgowan will pledge 10% of its annual production of malt whisky (or other product at the discretion of Distil) to Distil during the term of the Loan. In addition, Ardgowan has granted to Distil a floating charge over 10% of its annual production of malt whisky (or other product at the discretion of Distil) until the above pledge takes effect.

Construction of Ardgowan Distillery is well underway in a scenic valley on the historic Ardgowan Estate, just 30 miles from Glasgow. Backed by over £20 million in investment, the distillery will soon become a new landmark for whisky enthusiasts, set to produce over 1 million litres of single malt whisky annually, with potential to expand to 2 million litres in the future.

For Distil the important bits are in house distilling of our Vodka and Gin brands. A dedicated Whisky brand, on site gift shop and visitor centre and at the moment 10% of Ardgowan profits with loan repayment of £150000 a year..

If our black Vodka sales take off in the USA and Global Brands have managed to start a decent distribution deal of the current run, vodka and gin a pending a semi OK trading Update.. then there is no reason that 1p cannot be reached in a short term.

We have long term large holders which is making the remaining free float tight hence movement on small trades now and Graham Cooley just under 20% holding… summer turnaround is nearly upon us and I’m very optimistic that finally Distil will break out of its dire level it has reached….0.2p could be breached this week if pattern continues

Back to where we were prior to a poor trading update and Graham Cooley buying chunks…. I think he will get to 20% before the Ardgowan open day in 2 weeks.. fair value for us is a lot higher than 0.014p though… if we have one last poor trading update then I will be somber but if sales and distributions have taken off then a big re rate will be on the cards.. for info Ardgowan Distillery have signed £100 million pound deal for whisky casks … they are not going to be aiming for small fry and would expect it to be very high quality whisky there
