Looking at the maths behind the trades, the 53,846,154 sold on the 26/10 is exactly £350k at the issue price of .65p, nice round number !!. If it is SVS or someone else who took up the whole placing of 130 mill shares, could they possibly have instantly sold 53mill at 0.725 for 40k profit. And are now off loading the remaining 76,913,846 shares at roughly 10 mill a day to their clients which now seem to be changing hands at 0.80p ?? Nice profit if it is true, what do you think ??. Looking back over the last 5 days think we are up to roughly 70 mill so far out of the 76 mill remaining, so any time today or tomorrow could these nice round trades stop ?? all IMHO though

Anyone else notice the many 1 mil share trades that have been discreetly popping up over the last few weeks, someonone not worried about value, just blocks of shares.

Anyone know the legal side of persons closely associated buying shares, is there a minimum definitive period before any news could be issued to give the market and others time to react accordingly. EU regulation 596/2014 covers this I think but I cannot see any timescales after a notification is made ??

Could this be another placing / fund raise underway for Sierra, the price appears to have been dropped today for some reason ??

Do we think Sierra finished a round of fund raising / placing.....up 4% today ??

Would it be right to assume that if the share price continues to drop tomorrow and into next week, then a considerably larger chunk of the $200 mil placing is being called upon. Hopefully more detail will be released when the first transaction is completed as to what the money will be used for. Could a larger pharma grab these shares ??

After reading the prospectus again it looks to me that this document is the formal statement of ‘intent only’ to sell stock totalling $200 million as it states this will be done from ‘time to time’. I get the sense this may have not started yet ??. My take on this notice is that they will make a series of future offerings from ‘time to time’ as and when the cash is needed. Would they therefore have to notify their shareholders as per normal each time that an offering is taking place ??? Could our milestone be one of several placings all totalling an aggregate value of $200 mill still to happen. Let me know what you think.

I would like to hope after a few days of admin and paperwork issues, Sierra might offer their shareholders an update of how they plan to spend their $200 mil. Good day today though.

Just read the FCA’s final notice on WH Ireland dated 22nd Feb 2016, just makes you shudder that these things go on, and how we just pick up the scraps left by these guys. Think we can deduce that if larger trades appear next week or the week after, then some important document has accidentally been left face up on a cafe table somewhere in the city if London where it will have no affect whatsoever !!!

Anyone have any thoughts if it is just a coincidence that SAR announce WH Ireland stepping down as joint broker and then Sierra raising finance in the same day, is there is a link somewhere, are they involved ??

If they get this on top of cash in the bank, that’s makes a pretty large sum to play with

I suspect the 1.8 mil is a buy @ 0.825, the sells are going through at 0.80, just MM confusion tactics probably

some nice buys will hopefully start the upward movement again.

5 v 4 0.40 to 0.60. last buy going through @ 0.585 last sell @ 0.51. MM taking stock of the news me thinks, taking a little profit here and there.

Any thoughts on year end figures for May. Half yearly report showed good performance 21% up in profits, director buying shares in November. From what I have seen everyone was spending on toys for their kids this year so Christmas takings should be very good for Tandem.
