Yup, whatever happens, other than a completely inexplicable mass collapse in PGM prices below my "absolute bottom range" of $890-905 things look good for SLP - if PGMs extrapolate from these lows we're seeing right now then the upside over the next year could be jaw dropping as I mentioned the other day ... There's a reason this is so firm at c8p despite the recent rout on PGMs ...........

"Full" tech retrace on gold to $1247, palladium hit the $630 target I mentioned earlier/last night so I've added there, plat going further down makes little "common sense" given yet more decent auto sales numbers but they're going to take it to where they want it regardless of course ... We "know" we're in the ballpark of a possible all-time turnaround on these plays but what the exact numbers will be is unknowable as per ... @ Baz - the spike down will be predicated on decent, if not outstanding, retail sales numbers suggesting a more likely interest rates rise down the line buy you know as well as I do that whatever's coming up is pre-ordained :)

So, retail sales meet forecast @ 0.6% - predictable pre-emptive strike on gold to $1247 and a PGMs down spike which makes no effing sense at all given good (again) auto sales but hey ... I've added all-round but see what happens next ...

All the PMs plays, this, HOC and everything else are watching the PM intradays same as me mate :) Ideal scenario? Gold breaking out this afternoon to close the week at $1270s to target (by weekly candle analysis) the next major leg up to $1500s ... Trust me, "everyone" is looking/waiting for the same thing :)

Weekly Bull Pennant support @ $1247 (the 76.4% Fib of the $1241 > $1265 move) imo mate but it could still be higher lows against $1262 from the current $1253 for an eventual pop to $1280 :)

HUGE test on gold right now - this next hour or so looks pretty pivotal to moi - $1247/$1242 on the downside perhaps but >$1256 the other way maybe wins the day/week/month ...

If there's a PMs rush on the cards - and sweet lord I hope there is cos my leverage is phenomenal right now lol - then silver will lead the way (again) imo :) Bring on the the Black Swan they named Risk!

Don't forget the Mad Man - silver mate ;) Quartile moves in c$8 chunks back to c$50 is on from $17 imo ...

Hi Gary. IMO, if there's lower to come (on ALL PMs) then it's likely to be a few per cent and no more but they could all go bananas at any point at these levels imo ...

The triangulation on the chart here is simply awesome mate and I've referred to it before - it was "beat 10 for minimum 14s" a little while back so that may well be 9s now yes ... Those 8.00 mid-price trades are capturing my attention ...
