Decent volume today - not a surprise as the trades history shows consistent buying at the 21p level over the last month or so ...

Lots to like here imo mate - the techs are good/great from 20p, the fundy stuff is as unknowable as it always is but they're lining up a 10x of their current revenue if they bag those German deals and they think they'll get the German manufacturing standards approval in H1 2017, shortly after their new factory move in Jan/Feb 2017. If the deals follow soon afterwards for anything like the kind of volume they're talking about (c20k discs for £10-12m @ c51% margin) soon afterwards then you don't need to be a rocket scientist to work out what's going to happen to the SP ... The Pound weakening yet further and forecast to be on a par with the Euro by year end is only going to help - this could be a great coup for a British engineering company to take major orders from the likes of BMW/Mercedes/whoever away from the big name in brakes, the Italian Brembo company who are as crippled by a strong Euro as everyone else is ;)
