Spot-on and imo, it's worth your average PI punter going back through the news history here and looking at how these guys do business compared to the typical lifestyle "miners" that abound on AIM.
They ID a target, go sniff around it for a few weeks/months then do the deal, signed, sealed and delivered straight away without any of this constant "delay" BS that you get everywhere else and, trust me, it *is* BS almost everywhere else ...
Who could fail to be impressed with the recent Tekton Minerals buyout? No cash and all shares in IRR locked in for 12 months by the prior owners! How often do you see a deal executed like that?! What do the Tekton guys know that made them agree to that?!
IRR know what they're doing and if they don't like the cut of the jib of the people they're potentially dealing with locally then they'll walk away but if not then they nail it there and then and move onto the next one as proven throughout their "world tour" of the past couple of years where they looked for the up and coming hot commodity assets to own in the decade ahead whilst waiting for the iron ore price to recover sufficiently to enable them to monetise their existing huge iron ore assets (an updated iron ore chart on my site btw).
Super gold news from Chad this week with loads more to come. The additional lithium news (how big are those exploration areas?!) could blow the doors off this in the weeks/months ahead ...
